I rang to get two gas central heating boilers serviced. The young lady on the telephone was very helpful and polite, she offered me an appointment for the next day. On the day of the service I received a text to say the engineer was enroute. He arrived on time and was very friendly and thorough. It was three weeks to Christmas 24, I wasn’t at all well and my whole system died. JB sent a guy straight out to try and save the day, but as I suspect the old boiler was toast. The JB team were great, discussing solutions which they backed up with documentation for me to read through via email very quickly. They were available to answer pertinent and stupid question and helped guide me to my decision. Now they weren’t the cheapest retailer, but I do feel they offer fantastic value for money and I trust they’ll be there to help, should I need them, in the future. I made my choice and two days later it was being fitted. It turns out that it wouldn’t go where I assumed it would, but the engineer slotted it in to a cupboard that I didn’t use, without taking up any space, but giving me back my under stair cupboard. He worked so hard, going above and beyond, to do a great job, as quickly as possible and I’m over the moon with the result. If you want the latest, best technology, installed and maintained by real professionals you need look no further.

J B Heating Services did an excellent job of fitting my boiler last year so was happy to use them again for the yearly service. The initial phone booking was friendly and professional as was the engineer on the day. I got a text to let me know he was arriving. No issues at all. I very much recommend this company.
