Having worked with Pinnacle across 3-4 projects now, I can honestly say they’re the best, most professional, easy to work with, highest attention to detail and most likeable hardworking tradesmen I’ve ever worked with. They’ve fit 4 bathrooms for me and the finish has been immaculate, and they haven’t once had any issues at all. Tim is extremely knowledgeable across so many areas it’s so easy working with him and his team. 100% highly recommended.

Our 20 year old boiler broke down and we had no heating for a week. We were waiting for Scottish Power to get back to us as it couldn’t be repaired but ended up ringing Pinnacle on the weekend and speaking to Matt who said he would get Tim to call round on Monday. Within 24 hours Tim and his team had installed a new Baxi combi boiler which is more energy efficient and has a fantastic output. The house is really warm and can also be controlled by my phone. Tim and his team did an amazing job, they were extremely tidy, very thorough, took time to explain everything and provided an excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend and very grateful for fitting us in at such short notice. 5 ⭐️

I cannot thank Matt and Rory enough for working so hard to fix our leak. They kept us fully informed and involved us in discussion about the work. They also came out at short notice although I know they were busy. They were a pleasure to have in our home and left everything really clean and tidy. Very reasonably priced too. We will definitely use them in future and highly recommend them.

Cannot recommend Pinnacle enough! Contacted them regarding a leaking heating cylinder, fantastic friendly communication throughout, problem diagnosed quickly by Tom & Rory. Very happy customer!

Great service !! very helpful and efficient. Came straight out and helped when I had no heating. Trustworthy and explained what was wrong and what needed doing all for a reasonable price ☺️. Thank you
