Visited LPM a few months ago and then did the trek around the surrounding areas to other showrooms. Nothing compared to LPM for the amount of displays and ideas available in the showroom so went back to discuss what we were looking for. Karl invited us to have a 3D design undertaken and assisted us every step of the way with ideas and suggestions until we had the design we wanted. Karl also recommended a bathroom fitting company ( John Allcock ) who gave us a competitive quote and we offered them the job. The bathroom and accessories arrived when LPM said it would and they checked all the items off the van for damage. Karl was also available at LPM for advice around fittings etc and when he wasn’t in other staff were just as friendly and helpful. To say we had a really positive experience at LPM would be an understatement. They exceeded our expectations and left us extremely happy with our purchase and finished bathroom.

Absolutely made up with our bathroom from LPM. Hafeeze was a huge help in the showroom going over everything I wanted in my new bathroom. He answered every question I had, advised on the quality & durability of each product, discussed the various brand options they supply, went over the size & layout options, even suggested some new ideas (tiled bath panel, LED lights under the bath) which I hadn't thought of and were perfect for what we wanted. The tile selection is simply stunning. I had a certain look in mind and Hafeeze showed me something that was different to what I initially said, but was a much better choice, so much so that I went with his suggestion! We are extremely happy with our decision to go to LPM to fully refurbish our bathroom. Tiaba was a delight to work with in helping, designing and advising us to choose what we wanted from quality tiles, fixtures and fittings. Tiaba recommended the Plumber/fitter Pete, assisted with his wife Magdalena, who has done an outstanding job. Truly excellent workmanship, a perfectionist, the mitred tiles round the window is unbelievable, no trim used. He gave good advice and is very friendly. Highly recommended. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, delivery etc. We now have a beautiful, quality bathroom and would definitely recommend LPM.

What a superstar! We came downstairs on a Sunday morning to find our dining room carpet soaked. We phoned Matt and he came out to us straight away, worked out what the problem was, went and bought a new part and came back and fitted it, reset the boiler and bled all the upstairs radiators. We were thrilled that he was able to reassure us on a Sunday morning and resolve our problem in such a professional manner. We would not hesitate to recommend MTG.

I would highly recommend Matt. He did our bathroom for us last year a whole new refurb and did an amazing job. Our boiler has been playing up I messaged Mat tand he came out the following morning, he did what he could do to and found the fault. He could fix it but due to our boiler no longer being made it’s best to get a whole new boiler which Matt has sorted for us. He always does such a good job! And cleans up afterwards which is really appreciated. He ended up fitting us our new tap for us to. We can’t thank you enough for squeezing us in and getting us sorted!

Matt was a great help. He fixed my leaking toilet, explaining what the problem was in layman terms, and he explained what he had done to fix it. Punctual and charged a fair price as well

After finding an overnight leak from our hot water tank we did need help pretty quickly I rang M&R Plumbing & Heating Ltd and they said they had someone in the area and would get him to call. Michael duly arrived, he managed to drain the system for us and was able to leave with our water supply and central heating working while a new tank was ordered. This was fitted by Jake and his assistant who did a really professional and thorough job leaving everything neat and tidy. We also found the office staff were very friendly and helpful. We can't recommend this company enough and would certainly use them for any other jobs.

I have been consistently very happy working with this excellent firm over many years but particularly pleased with Jack Fox today. He had never installed an Inspire Automation Landlord Wireless App Thermostat before and clearly used his expertise with similar systems, many more complicated than Inspire, to efficiently install and commission the product with just one hours Labour time. I can now control my heating and hot water usage from anywhere in the world for my short term guest bookings with a simple boost button for them to use for comfort if still in the property during working hours / weekends!

Sewage backflew suddenly from the manhole early in the morning. RDS gave me a phone call just five minutes to ask the details of the issue after I had put on a request online. As promised they arrived within 2 hours. Then they found out where was blocked and cleared my drainage in just 30 minutes. They are true professional plumber and just charge me a very low fee, which is much lower than the last time by another plumber.

What can I say other than a massive thank you to this company! They were able to sort out my blocked drain problem immediately and were super professional & friendly. This company comes highly recommended and just to note, they did not charge an excessive fee which was very much appreciated. Thanks again Rick & son for a wonderful service.

Initially contacted this company on recommendation from a friend and couldn't be more pleased with the service and standard of work - replacing 5 radiators and servicing the boiler. Dealt with the owner, Aaron, who was so helpful - arrived when he said he would, quoted and booked the work in swiftly when I gave him the job. Price brilliant too! Great service and good communication. Aaron told be the price for the call-out when I booked and explained what it was for. He rang me again to tell me he was on his way. He soon identified were the leak was and was fixed all within the hour. Very polite and tidy, So happy, and we’ll definitely use him again as I have another job lined up. Absolutely amazing gentleman. Mum called Joe early evening and he came out the following morning. Was supposed to be just a quick leak under the sink, and it turned out to be a couple of hours work. He was wonderfully patient and understanding and did just an outstanding job. Also, he was very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Called at almost 5pm when some DIY resulted in a leak behind a radiator. Without hesitation he said he would head right over. Contacted Mike as I needed an old and non functioning boiler and cistern taking out and a new combi boiler installed. He arrived the next day to assess the job and talked me through the whole process of removing and installing a new system. I found him to be a very polite, professional and knowledgeable young man. He contacted me after the weekend with a price which I was happy with and then arranged a date for the work to be done. The lads who came to do the install were friendly and very professional. They kept me informed throughout the whole process as to what they were doing and when the work was finished they cleaned up and left it very tidy. The work was done in less than eight hours and the whole process had taken 8 days from initial enquiry to completion. I cannot recommend Mike and his team highly enough and will definitely use their services again. Thanks for a great job guys.

Mike’s team replaced our boiler in a new location. The team were courteous, efficient, informative and did a great job, despite a number of problems that were encountered due to issues with the standard of the previous boiler and pipe work installation. I’d highly recommend this company.

They installed a new boiler for us, the engineer who came was excellent, he did a fantastic job hiding the pipe work which we were worried about. I rang kev because of an issue with my radiators not heating as quickly as expected, he came around a couple of days later and quickly found the issue, a faulty valve was the cause which because of a fortunate cancellation he was able to fit the very next day, this quick service would have warranted a 5/5 star review however: Kev then gave my whole system and boiler a once over to check for any other faults which brought to light another issue with build-up forming inside an inlet tube on my boiler, he stripped it down and cleaned that out quickly and professionally going beyond what i was expecting by far. In terms of service i couldn't hope for more and will be using leg again, he quoted the job at a reasonable price and stuck to that even though some additional work was required. Would highly reccomend! Lee

Have had Kev out for a number of different jobs in our house, most recently with Ricky and Jay. They have done some lovely work in my kitchen. Great bunch of guys, very professional and I would highly recommend them.

Me and my partner can’t recommend Maintain heat highly enough, we had an electrical job done a few days ago that took out our boiler! I called Kevin who explained he was really busy but would do what he could to help! This morning he came over and got our boiler working again as a temporary measure, until we could get another electrician out! He also checked our boiler over noticing a small leak that if we had left would become a big problem! I’m so impressed by his speediness, professionalism and friendliness! He has been an absolute life saver! Thank you!

After checking out reviews i asked Kevin to service my boiler. He arrived on time, excellent tradesman, thorough checks on the boiler for my annual warranty service much more than the previous company i had used for the last five years. If i require any further work to be done i will definately contact Main-Heat again also i would recommend them to others.

Michael came to fit a new tap and toilet cistern, this was the 3rd job he has done for me, he is punctual, tidy and professional. His work is finished to a very high spec, I'll definitely have him work for me again and I recommend him to anyone.
