What a superstar! We came downstairs on a Sunday morning to find our dining room carpet soaked. We phoned Matt and he came out to us straight away, worked out what the problem was, went and bought a new part and came back and fitted it, reset the boiler and bled all the upstairs radiators. We were thrilled that he was able to reassure us on a Sunday morning and resolve our problem in such a professional manner. We would not hesitate to recommend MTG.

I would highly recommend Matt. He did our bathroom for us last year a whole new refurb and did an amazing job. Our boiler has been playing up I messaged Mat tand he came out the following morning, he did what he could do to and found the fault. He could fix it but due to our boiler no longer being made it’s best to get a whole new boiler which Matt has sorted for us. He always does such a good job! And cleans up afterwards which is really appreciated. He ended up fitting us our new tap for us to. We can’t thank you enough for squeezing us in and getting us sorted!

Michael fitted my new boiler today….amazing service, great price, so clean and tidy and a great trustworthy guy. The whole process from the incredibly prompt quote through to the installation and guiding me through how to programme my new boiler was better than I could have ever imagined! Contacted Mike as I needed an old and non functioning boiler and cistern taking out and a new combi boiler installed. He arrived the next day to assess the job and talked me through the whole process of removing and installing a new system. I found him to be a very polite, professional and knowledgeable young man. He contacted me after the weekend with a price which I was happy with and then arranged a date for the work to be done. The lads who came to do the install were friendly and very professional. They kept me informed throughout the whole process as to what they were doing and when the work was finished they cleaned up and left it very tidy. The work was done in less than eight hours and the whole process had taken 8 days from initial enquiry to completion. I cannot recommend Mike and his team highly enough and will definitely use their services again. Thanks for a great job guys.

Mike’s team replaced our boiler in a new location. The team were courteous, efficient, informative and did a great job, despite a number of problems that were encountered due to issues with the standard of the previous boiler and pipe work installation. I’d highly recommend this company.

October 2024 I can thoroughly recommend Protech Gas Services to anyone. We had a very old boiler that started to leak gas and Carl and his son Evan attended within 45 mins of my call and made the boiler safe. I then asked Carl for a quote to remove the old boiler, water tanks etc and to replace it with a new combi boiler and to update the radiators to cope with the new system. I accepted the quote and Carl and his sons Callum and Evan arrived on the date and time agreed to begin work. Replacing our old system was not straight forward to say the least but Carl and his sons overcame each problem with great skill and determination. Carl, Callum and Evan were friendly and polite throughout and suffice to say we now have a modern and energy efficient system which we are delighted with. Recently had a 32-year-old Baxi Solo system boiler replaced with a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000. This was long overdue and my wife was a little nervous about the potential disruption to the fabric of the house, imagining it to be a filthy complicated job lasting a few days. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Carl and his sons were here at 8am, ready to go. By 4:45 pm that same day, everything was done: old boiler, water tank and immersion heater removed, new boiler installed, one leaky radiator valve replaced, outside flue very neatly patched up, Hive transceiver & thermostat up & running, and all controls explained and demonstrated. It restores my faith that there are SOME companies out there - like ProTech Gas Services - who communicate well, work hard, know what they're doing, do it well, and care about what the paying customer deserves. Great job guys !

Carl and the team installed a new combi boiler last week. Couldn’t be happier with the boiler and service given. Carl was happy to give some great advice about the best solutions for us and communications were really good from start to finish. All the team were very professional and took the time to explain what they were doing. Called at almost 5pm when some DIY resulted in a leak behind a radiator. Without hesitation he said he would head right over. Absolutely amazing gentleman. Mum called Joe early evening and he came out the following morning. Was supposed to be just a quick leak under the sink, and it turned out to be a couple of hours work. He was wonderfully patient and understanding and did just an outstanding job. Also, he was very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Joe came same day (within a few hours) to fix a leak to my toilets waste pipe. He got straight to work and replaced an aspect to my waste pipe. He was super professional and didn’t mind a chat whilst doing it. Very down to earth and honest person. The price was very reasonable and my issue was fixed quickly. He tided up everything at the end you would never tell there ever was a leak! I’ve already recommended him to family because it’s so hard to find a decent plumber who won’t charge you the earth and has a quick response time. Great service and good communication. Aaron told be the price for the call-out when I booked and explained what it was for. He rang me again to tell me he was on his way. Sewage backflew suddenly from the manhole early in the morning. RDS gave me a phone call just five minutes to ask the details of the issue after I had put on a request online. As promised they arrived within 2 hours. Then they found out where was blocked and cleared my drainage in just 30 minutes. They are true professional plumber and just charge me a very low fee, which is much lower than the last time by another plumber.

Me and my partner can’t recommend Maintain heat highly enough, we had an electrical job done a few days ago that took out our boiler! I called Kevin who explained he was really busy but would do what he could to help! This morning he came over and got our boiler working again as a temporary measure, until we could get another electrician out! He also checked our boiler over noticing a small leak that if we had left would become a big problem! I’m so impressed by his speediness, professionalism and friendliness! After checking out reviews i asked Kevin to service my boiler. He arrived on time, excellent tradesman, thorough checks on the boiler for my annual warranty service much more than the previous company i had used for the last five years. If i require any further work to be done i will definately contact Main-Heat again also i would recommend them to others.

I would highly recommend Kevin and his team for new boilers. Mine was pouring with water and Kevin came and offered me choice of replacing parts, but was old, so I decided to get a new one. His recommendation of a Baxi was perfect. They arrived on time, did a great job and clean up.
