Communication throughout the whole process is always clear and consice; from providing an accurate arrival time, to answering questions whilst on site, and clearly detailing what work is being carried out. Workspace is always left clean and tidy and a post work summary provided. It's really refreshing to deal with genuinely good trade people like Mike and his team!

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

We had our boiler serviced by Liam. He turned up on time and carried out a thorough job, which is rare these days. Very polite and an excellent service provided. I can highly recommend Liam and his company.

Fantastic service. Very honest. I was quoted £400 and £220 to fix a radiator from other companies. James saw the pics and provided a very reasonable price. Was respectful in every way and even took shoes off when working. Cleaned up after. Great service - and I’ll be using James to replace a bathtub in the forseeable future. Very speedy feedback and visit to quote for new kitchen tap. Booked me in for two days later. Arrived bang on time and did a great job at a great price. Couldn't fault James at all. Genuinely nice guy, friendly and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend to others.

Dave was absolutely fantastic- I put out about six emails the night before and David responded straight away to help me with a “predicament”. It was bit of a technical job installing a brand new Dru fireplace and most people I spoke to hadn’t the experience/ knowledge to install such a fire. Dave was on it straight away:)) Can’t recommend him highly enough:))

We contacted the company on Monday, and by Wednesday we had a new boiler. Excellent, efficient and value for money service. All staff were polite and did exactly what they said they would do, all turning up at the promised time. Office staff are very helpful and efficient.

They are an honest hard-working family business. When we had problems with our newly installed electric boiler due to a manufacturing error, mellor pulled out all the stops to make sure they did whatever they could to help us out in a very difficult situation. Rest assured whatever job you get done by them big or small the job will be done to the best standard possible in the end and they did not ask us to pay the installation fee until we had a working boiler! MCR Gas were very helpful in the lead up to our boiler replacement. The customer service was excellent and quick. The engineers who came to fit the boiler were great and stayed till the job was done. It’s little things aswell like taking their shoes off when going upstairs which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend MCR gas to anyone 10/10

Superb job. Marley did a great job and was patient with my questions etc. Had issue with boiler, MCR Gas came out, said it was unsafe and returned the following week to fit new boiler. Full day job from Marley who was superb all day. Great lad, pleasant and hard working. Was back by 9am the morning after to finish off some pipe work and help with a thermostat issue. We really wanted a local company so we got better customer service and definitely weren't disappointed. The lads came to swap our old boiler for a new combi boiler, they were all friendly, really professional and did a fantastic job. New boiler looks great and we have decent heating and water pressure for the first time since we moved in 4 years ago. Hive was fully explained and they even helped us to get a radiator up and working again. Definitely recommend and will definitely be using again. Thanks guys

I had issues with my boiler not working properly, running freezing cold in between hot water. Heywood gas was contacted and came same day.
