Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

They are an honest hard-working family business. When we had problems with our newly installed electric boiler due to a manufacturing error, mellor pulled out all the stops to make sure they did whatever they could to help us out in a very difficult situation. Rest assured whatever job you get done by them big or small the job will be done to the best standard possible in the end and they did not ask us to pay the installation fee until we had a working boiler! I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

I was previously with a different boiler company and had nothing but problems, I messaged Chris 9am and by 7pm he was at mine checking the issues I had, explained to me what was wrong and sent us an estimate to get it all fixed, we booked him the following day and he arrived back a matter of days later where he sorted out our issue and completed our service that needed doing! Outstanding Gas Boiler Installation Service I recently had a new gas boiler installed, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain my options and ensure I understood the installation process. The installation itself was carried out efficiently, by Josh and Stefan with great attention to detail. They left my home spotless, ensuring everything was cleaned up afterward. We really wanted a local company so we got better customer service and definitely weren't disappointed. The lads came to swap our old boiler for a new combi boiler, they were all friendly, really professional and did a fantastic job. New boiler looks great and we have decent heating and water pressure for the first time since we moved in 4 years ago. Hive was fully explained and they even helped us to get a radiator up and working again. Definitely recommend and will definitely be using again. Thanks guys

Superb job. Marley did a great job and was patient with my questions etc. Had issue with boiler, MCR Gas came out, said it was unsafe and returned the following week to fit new boiler. Full day job from Marley who was superb all day. Great lad, pleasant and hard working. Was back by 9am the morning after to finish off some pipe work and help with a thermostat issue. We have had our bathroom and now our kitchen done. Don't be put off by the small showroom. they have everything you need.there is such a lot of Lots of choices in a small space best of all they do just about every job in the kitchen so you don't have 6 different trade men coming at different times. they can plan the kitchen for you{would recommend doing this}. when they came they came up against lots of problems but they just got on and fixed everything that needed fixing{ and charged no more}. we could not recommend these guys enough. if you want professionals who really know there trade then you want these guys. I just keep walking around the kitchen thinking wow this is mine its like a show home.
