AO wouldn’t connect my new washing machine even after paying for a connection service, leaving me stuck. I called Philippe, he came when he said he would, it cost me what it said it would, he connected the new washing machine within 10 minutes and saved the day. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Excellent service and response! We had a problem with condensate drainage (it wasn't!). I rang 247 Plumber and the next day an engineer arrived to assess the job. The day after that I received a very reasonable quote and the day after that it was fixed. Brilliant!

Problems with non stop flushing loo. Sam came within the expected time slot and had to replace the mechanism. All done very tidily and promptly. Have used 247/before and they are always great.

Lewis and his team were amazing!! Before and after photos explain themselves. Very thorough, were very careful with our home, taping carpets and protecting our furniture. Isolating work to certain rooms, shutting doors and dusty labour confined to outside or the bathroom. They were very respectful cleaned up after themselves every day and were prompt. Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

Communication throughout the whole process is always clear and consice; from providing an accurate arrival time, to answering questions whilst on site, and clearly detailing what work is being carried out. Workspace is always left clean and tidy and a post work summary provided. It's really refreshing to deal with genuinely good trade people like Mike and his team!

Aaron came to look at our leaking boiler, and after an initial assessment we needed a boiler replacement. All options were discussed and advised and once we decided which one we wanted, it was delivered and installed within a week. Excellent service 👌👌 would 100% recommend Aaron

Great service and good communication. Aaron told be the price for the call-out when I booked and explained what it was for. He rang me again to tell me he was on his way. He soon identified were the leak was and was fixed all within the hour. Very polite and tidy, So happy, and we’ll definitely use him again as I have another job lined up. You won’t go wrong using his service.

We needed a new gas hub to be fitted on the same day. A trusted builder recommended Rapid heating. To our delight, they sent the gas safe engineers later in the afternoon on the same day. The hob was fitted to a high standard, tested and they even cleaned up afterwards. I can highly recommend this organisation.

These guys were great. Needed a new boiler urgently as the old one had completely blown and we have young kids in the house. LW Plumbing quoted for and undertook a complete renewal of our central heating and hot water system. It was a much larger job than had been indicated by other suppliers we contacted but, as they only quoted after a phone conversation we decided to proceed with a local company. The work was started promptly, every member of the large team was knowledgable, professional and friendly and worked hard. In the interests of a balanced review I would I highlight three issues: (i) Lee failed to note that one of our showers had to be replaced in order to work with the new system. The cost of the replacement was however discounted. (ii) Holes made in the plaster ceiling of a cupboard through which pipework was routed were not made good and the plaster not tidied up from the cupboard. (iii) Air continues to collect in the 'sealed' system and the pressure needs to be topped up. A follow up visit to look at this failed to resolve the issue. Hopefully it will be reviewed again and resolved during the annual maintenance visit. With the exception of the above we were generally very happy with the work and the new system is a marked improvement on what we had. It's nice to be able to use a local company and we would certainly recommend them.

Lee and his team were informative and offered great solutions for our house. The project was completed in a timely and efficient way. We appreciated the clean and polite way they did the work in our house. Very fast to come and sort a minor issue about a week after install. I'd definitely recommend the team.

I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for an excellent plumber. He came as fast as he could in an emergency situation and managed to fix our leaking pipe despite the challenges. He went above and beyond to help us out and provided assistance in contacting our water provider to turn the main water source off. Even though they were not able to do it due to some damaged and old parts that need replacing. He was still able to efficiently complete his repairs in our bathroom and get our water up and running.
