Rob at Peak Plumbing went out of his way to help us over the phone first thing this morning when we had a plumbing emergency and then came to our house only an hour later. He checked the situation, gave us great advice then came back again later on with all the tools he needed to get the job done. He made sure he stayed until he fixed the pipe and even cleaned up as well. Professional, helpful, and a thoroughly nice bloke. Cannot recommend them higher!

Rob and Dan came to fit my new ideal boiler and hive thermostat today. The job was to remove the old boiler and replace it with a new one in a new location. Both the guys are extremely professional. The install is amazing we couldn’t be happier with it. They are super easy to get on with and made the whole process very easy with very little disruption. The job was booked in good time and we were very happy with the competitive price and their advice on products was spot on. They have left my property warm clean and ready for the next 7 years (at least) of trouble free heating. Highly recommended 10/10

An absolutely excellent service from George after we urgently needed a new hot water cylinder fitting. The installation itself was carried out by James who was as equally friendly & professional. He is also friendly, pleasant and polite. Its great that we can now use our gas fire again safely. We are very lucky that we found this Plumbing and Heating company. Ziad was absolutely fantastic from the beginning to the end. We had new kitchen lines, new radiators installed and other things done. The communication was great and he was very punctual every time. I can't recommend him enough. Our old shower valve which is located inside the wall developed a fault. Jim managed to replace the valve, and even replaced the existing slate tile with great skill and care. The shower is now working properly again, with no sign of any disturbance to the shower wall. Jim approached a tricky job with a friendly, positive attitude. The job was completed at a reasonable cost.

Wow, what can I say about Jim?! Fantastic person and superb workman. He's such a pleasure to have in your house. He became more like family! He was always keeping in touch before the job started and was happy to advise with materials etc. He kept us informed throughout, whatever work he did - every step of the way, he showed us and explained to us what he'd done. Jim is a perfectionist and takes a lot of pride in his work. We had a full new bathroom fitted (completely different to our old one) and was so pleased that we chose Jim to do it, we couldn't of asked for a better job. Couldn't recommend Jim any more, best workman ever! Gets back to you (doesn't ignore you like some workmen) and is very punctual. Thanks Jim! Very speedy, friendly and professional service. Came out to have a look at my leaking boiler within 24 hours of first contact, and when it was deemed my old boiler was past the point of saving (though they did try), I was able to have a new boiler fitted within a couple of days. Great work, very efficient, much better boiler, over and above service. Price was excellent on all fronts and generally a pleasure to deal with in a situation that is usually unwanted. Would highly recommend.

These guys were great. Needed a new boiler urgently as the old one had completely blown and we have young kids in the house. They came out really quickly and bent over backwards and staying late to get a new one installed and working the next day. We needed a new gas hub to be fitted on the same day. A trusted builder recommended Rapid heating. To our delight, they sent the gas safe engineers later in the afternoon on the same day. The hob was fitted to a high standard, tested and they even cleaned up afterwards. I can highly recommend this organisation.

Called JLH after a leak in my boiler when I came home from work. Having rang my regular plumber who was unable to help and a what can only be called a charlatan who wanted £200 call out before seeing the problem, I came across JLH - and I'm so glad I did. On the phone they were friendly and professional, and managed to work out the problem almost instantly! They came out first thing in the morning, messaging to let me know they were on the way just after 8am. James had the part required to hand and he was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. No large call out fees, just a reasonable charge for the part and the labour. Would absolutely recommend.

Excellent company and service. We had mystery water stains appear on our sitting room ceiling and couldn’t work out where they’d come from. Phil very thoroughly checked the central heating runs, the bathrooms above, and the exterior wall and the window seals. He identified a defective window seal from a water test. He was polite, very capable and punctual. Costs were transparent and upfront. If you’ve wasted time and money on multiple plumbers, heating engineers and builders / roofers and not got to the bottom of your leaks, this is a much better approach. Highly recommended.

I bought a new kitchen sink online from another firm. When I came to install it, the fittings that came with it clearly weren't going to work with any UK system. I went to Plumb Direct, and they helped me troubleshoot my problem, giving me some excellent advice. I didn't even end up buying any parts from them as I already had them. I managed to solve the problem and now I have a fully functioning kitchen sink! Situated canalside , past Hawk Green Mill on industrial estate.Used this place a few times. There are usually a couple of tradesmen standing at the counter drinking the free coffee and chatting. Bit like a bar really. Pleanty of choice here, Not too much advise but sometimes a gem or two.... Would reccommmend as they have always been ok with me and fixed me up most times. John
