I was recommended Lacey Plumbing & Heating Ltd by a friend and I'm so happy I decided to ask them to relocate and fit my new boiler. It has been a pleasure from start to finish to deal with this company. From the initial contact with Rebecca, the consultation with Mike and the installation by Baz and Louie, I felt confident that I had an experienced; professional team looking after me. They protected my carpet from dirt and debris and took every last bit of my old system and the packaging from the new one away with them. Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

These guys were recommended to me and I can see why. They helped me through the whole process and helped me choose the right package for me and my home.I had a few quotes for boilers and Laceys were the cheapest by a few hundred and the customer service just made it clear that they had to fit my boiler. Great price and fantastic customer service with a quick turn around. I promise you won't look back.

Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

Initially contacted this company on recommendation from a friend and couldn't be more pleased with the service and standard of work - replacing 5 radiators and servicing the boiler. Dealt with the owner, Aaron, who was so helpful - arrived when he said he would, quoted and booked the work in swiftly when I gave him the job. Price brilliant too! Will definitely use him again and recommend to anyone that asks!

Aaron came to look at our leaking boiler, and after an initial assessment we needed a boiler replacement. All options were discussed and advised and once we decided which one we wanted, it was delivered and installed within a week. Excellent service 👌👌 would 100% recommend Aaron

Great service and good communication. Aaron told be the price for the call-out when I booked and explained what it was for. He rang me again to tell me he was on his way. He soon identified were the leak was and was fixed all within the hour. Very polite and tidy, So happy, and we’ll definitely use him again as I have another job lined up. You won’t go wrong using his service.

Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

5/5 Experience. Mike and his team provide a reliable, thorough and fair service. Communication throughout the whole process is always clear and consice; from providing an accurate arrival time, to answering questions whilst on site, and clearly detailing what work is being carried out. Workspace is always left clean and tidy and a post work summary provided. It's really refreshing to deal with genuinely good trade people like Mike and his team!

Very quick to respond, helped me out big time on multiple occasions. Cannot fault the quality of Keith's plumbing skills. He is one of those plumbers you hope to find and are very grateful when you do. He fitted a mixer tap for my elderly mother and fixed a tricky stop cock leak on separate occasions. We’ve used Keith’s services a couple of times now for bathroom jobs. On both occasions he has responded the same day and managed to come and sort the problem immediately with no hassle. Fantastic work as usual. I’ve had a new 6’ cast iron radiator put in today. Matt recommended one that would look good and easily heat the room. Lovely job! He knew it would look great even when I wasn’t sure; but I trusted him implicitly. He really knows his trade, works hard and is polite and friendly. Have had many jobs done previously, new boiler, plinth heaters and gas fire fixed etc. always reliable and trustworthy. Absolutely recommend A&M plumbing.

We have used Matt for numerous plumbing needs for a good few years. He has fitted and serviced boilers as well as sorting other plumbing issues such as broken taps. We have found him to be friendly, easy to contact, very reasonably priced, quick and reliable. Would definitely recommend.

I was given a fixed price for parts and labour. Even though it took longer to resolve an issue with the replaced thermostat the price was fixed as per the quote. Friendly service, highly recommended.

Great service and kindly came out on the weekend and the boiler was fixed within a day which is especially important as the weather is getting colder. Very professional fast service would recommend. :)

Forgot to leave a review a couple of months ago but I’ve used Bilal a few times for emergency leaks. He is super fast, kind and professional and sorted the issue straight away. Pricing is also more than reasonable 😊 Update, just used Bilal for a third time to move and install new radiators. Excellent service as always, fit me in really quickly and is the best priced! I’ve attached one of the radiators he installed today, thank you!
