Abdullah and the team have been fantastic from day 1. AK Electrical Services were recommended to me by a colleague and I'm so glad they were! Originally we called them out to change a consumer unit in a property that hadn't been updated since the 80's. Unfortunately the property needed a full rewire with how the electrics had been altered over the years, but Abdullah and the team explained the whole process step by step, really showing the value of their service. Finding a good tradesman is hard, but I think I found an electrician for life! I've already recommended them to 2 colleagues and a next door neighbour. You will not regret getting these guys in.

Great service from AK Electrical Services. We lost power to the kitchen sockets at around 09:30pm and needed a expert to find and rectify the fault, looking online we found AK Electrical Sercives and gave them a call, we were given advice as to what the problem likely was and offered to come out straight away however we were able to temporarily use a extension to keep the essentials on and booked in for the following day. On arrival the next day they got to work straight away being very thorough and professional with the fault finding and was able to locate and fix the issue in short time whilst giving great advice regarding our outdated wiring and fuse box. Nigel and Joe are absolutely top-notch experts. They completed my EICR within a mere 3 hours! The entire wiring appears to be about 40 years old, and fortunately, there are no significant issues. Nigel and Joe suggested a new consumer unit to align with the 18th Edition regulations, considering the current unit is approximately 30 years old. While it's not mandatory right now, I'd rather hold off until the house renovation. That way, I can opt to rewire the entire house and have a new consumer unit seamlessly installed. Mark saved the day when the buyers of my house flagged an electrical issue 4 days ahead of the proposed completion/sale date. My husband contacted Mark on the Sunday, he reviewed and did a diagnostic/investigation on the Monday, and installed a new consumer unit on the Tuesday morning - arriving before 8am to start the work. Mark spent over 4 hours working on the job, and was professional, communicative and informative throughout. The buyers of our house wanted the certificates on the Tuesday afternoon, so Mark kindly shuffled around some other jobs to turn around all the paperwork quickly for us. What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

We had a home electrical safety check done, then follow up work. Communication was very prompt and clear. The appointment time was kept well and estimated work time also correct.
