Rashied is extremely knowledgeable and responsive as well as generally being a lovely person. We were having issues with damp walls in our loft room due to poor ventilation / old house, and were recommended a PIV system. Rashied came out and explained everything about them and their suitability. After installing (and coming back to fix another small issue) he left the area clean and tidy both times and was kind enough to give advice on other questions we had about the electrics in the house. Sam came and changed an old fuse box, he did a great job inspecting and fixing faults that showed up during the installation. After he left I realised the shower wasn't working but he came back the next day and got it fixed.

We lost power to the kitchen sockets at around 09:30pm and needed a expert to find and rectify the fault, looking online we found AK Electrical Sercives and gave them a call, we were given advice as to what the problem likely was and offered to come out straight away however we were able to temporarily use a extension to keep the essentials on and booked in for the following day. On arrival the next day they got to work straight away being very thorough and professional with the fault finding and was able to locate and fix the issue in short time whilst giving great advice regarding our outdated wiring and fuse box. Nigel and Joe are absolutely top-notch experts. They completed my EICR within a mere 3 hours! The entire wiring appears to be about 40 years old, and fortunately, there are no significant issues. Nigel and Joe suggested a new consumer unit to align with the 18th Edition regulations, considering the current unit is approximately 30 years old. While it's not mandatory right now, I'd rather hold off until the house renovation. That way, I can opt to rewire the entire house and have a new consumer unit seamlessly installed. I wholeheartedly give them a perfect 10/10 recommendation.
