Dealing with Fusion was straightforward. The office staff were polite and helpful and did everything they could to get my work completed promptly. The electricians who worked at my house were very friendly and respectful of my property and my needs. Their prices were fair and the billing was really clear. I would definitely recommend Fusion.

What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

Fusion Electrical recently completed a full electrical survey and upgraded the consumer unit in our home. From start to finish, their professionalism was impressive. Both the on-site electricians and the office team were highly efficient and well organised. The quotes, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups were all handled seamlessly. I was kept informed at every stage, from the initial enquiry to receiving the final, thorough documentation. James even took the time to explain the details, which gave me complete confidence that everything was done to spec. I’m thoroughly impressed and would happily use Fusion Electrical again.

Came at short notice it install my new electric oven, as my old one had stopped working. Polite and professional , even identified and fixed my cooker socket that had been wired incorrectly. Used EIC a couple of weeks ago for two spotlights in my pourch and two spotlights outside my front door, I was very impressed with the advice and service I received. Ryan recommended my outside lights to be operated by a switch that connects to my WiFi and now I have them set on a timer and don't have to even worry about turning them on an off. Steve and the team are brilliant to work with. Going above and beyond at their financial risk was a clear sign they aren't your typical hands off company. They want to do a great job and they want to make sure it is exactly what you need. Expertly fitted a full Vaillant system (2x ASHP, Unvented Cylinder, SensorNet etc) and removed the old boiler system. We are now scoping a full solar installation with the team. Highly recommend.

I contacted Steve and from then on the service from him and his team was outstanding. Once the design and quote was agreed installation went very well with Steve’s team working closely with the roofing contractor to install the in roof solar panels. The system was operational in a matter of days. It’s just over a year ago since the installation and any minor teething issues I have had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.
