Having our kitchen renovated and Dave came in to do the electrical side of it. Total professional and no question was a stupid one to ask. I wouldn’t hesitate to reccomend him to anyone looking for minor to major electrical work. Will definitely be using him in the future and will definitely be reccomending him to my friends and family!

Dave arrived exactly when he said he would, which was a great start. He carefully looked over everything we needed and didn’t hesitate to share his professional advice, which really helped us feel confident about the project. He gave us a clear and reasonable quote that we were happy with right from the beginning. When the day of the job came, Dave was punctual again and brought Dom, another electrician, with him. Both Dave and Dom were incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knew their stuff. They worked efficiently, paying attention to detail and making sure everything was done to a high standard. New Ajax system recommended and installed by Dave after our 24 year old alarm system started to show its age. Dave was professional and installed the new system having reviewed our overall security layout and any changes we may require. He provided an overview of the system capabilities and demonstrated its various functions before ensuring I had an understanding how to operate and add users to the system, on my own. He remains available for any queries we may have and provided a solid service. Thoroughly recommended.

Absolutely delighted with a recent rewire that Tom has just completed at my mother’s house. My mother is elderly and obviously having such a big job completed at the age of 81 is very difficult . From the start, we were given detailed estimates, clear breakdowns of costs and also verbally explained what needed doing . Tom is professional, extremely hard working and a true gentleman in the way he respected my mother and explained things. The wiring was over 70 years old, and throughout he showed us the work he was doing and also the old wires that he had replaced . We also decided to ask to have additional work completed as well in terms of fitting security lights attached outside as well. The floor boards all put back perfectly and tidied up as he went along . At the end we were given receipts, detailed paperwork to say exactly what work he had completed and all the appropriate electrical certificates, as well as written guarantees. My husband and I have used P Walford & Son for over 25 years, both for commercial and domestic jobs. Literally, no job is too large or too small. We have recently completed a full house remodelling and renovation project which required rewiring throughout, but they'll also happily come by to replace a security light or extractor fan. They have also been tried and tested from a commercial point of view with great success! They have worked at my husband's industrial unit which has been quite varied, including plant, machinery, and maintenance issues, lighting, industrial three phase, PAT testing and the occasional small breakdown jobs. Jamie is very friendly, communicative, and always approaches each task in a professional manner. We would highly recommend without hesitation.
