Came at short notice it install my new electric oven, as my old one had stopped working. Polite and professional , even identified and fixed my cooker socket that had been wired incorrectly. I used Joule Electrical to fit a new outside light, additional garage lighting and replace some existing light fitting. Adrian is very meticulous to detail and made sure that I was happy with each part of the work before he completed. He never tried to rush any part of the job and made safe works that others had left, keeping me well informed each time he found an issue. After completing the works he made sure that I was completely happy with each part the installation, talked me through everything that he had done. After completing he made sure the house was left clean and tidy. The finished works were to the highest of quality and the cost more than reasonable for the amount of time spent. I cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be using his services again.

Andy was brilliant. He spent a couple of hours with us before starting the rewire, going room to room, advising us on the best options, and supporting us to think about future electricity needs as we renovate and extend our house. I reached out to Stuart at GHE Electrical for a quote on a new extractor fan hood for our cooker, and received a prompt response with the quote. They provided both the supply and installation, arranging a date and time that was convenient for us. Two days before the scheduled appointment, I requested to add an additional service: installation of a light fitting in our conservatory. GHE Electrical accommodated this request without issue, seamlessly adding it to the job. On the day, the team arrived punctually. Absolutely delighted with a recent rewire that Tom has just completed at my mother’s house. My mother is elderly and obviously having such a big job completed at the age of 81 is very difficult . From the start, we were given detailed estimates, clear breakdowns of costs and also verbally explained what needed doing . Tom is professional, extremely hard working and a true gentleman in the way he respected my mother and explained things. The wiring was over 70 years old, and throughout he showed us the work he was doing and also the old wires that he had replaced . We also decided to ask to have additional work completed as well in terms of fitting security lights attached outside as well. The floor boards all put back perfectly and tidied up as he went along . At the end we were given receipts, detailed paperwork to say exactly what work he had completed and all the appropriate electrical certificates, as well as written guarantees. The electrics kept tripping and I didn't know why. I called JD Electrics and spoke to Jim mid morning. By 4 o'clock the same day Jim had been, found the fault and got it sorted.
