We contacted Micky for an urgent issue we had with our electric system that was effecting the lights and the boiler. He was friendly and had great communication throughout the job. What outstanding service from a wonderful man. Micky answered my calls within seconds, he arrived on site exactly when he said he would, he diagnosed the underfloor heating problem and replaced a faulty thermostat the following day. All for an extremely fair price. I can't praise his work ethic, his attitude and his pricing highly enough. What a joy people like Micky still exist in the trade.

I found this company on google and was a bit unsure as with any company I've found online before without a recommendation, but I sent over an enquiry and was surprised to see I had a prompt reply. After agreeing for work to be carried out Kroiy arrived on the day explained what to expect. Him and his colleague Worked exceptionally quick and with minimal disruption. Very tidy and very honest with charging for work carried out. Excellent value for money and great quality. Would definitely recommend and would happily use again. On contacting Ollie he arranged an appointment with our estate agent to complete an EICR on the property we're buying quickly. Not only did we receive the EICR certificate the morning after the investigation took place, Ollie provided us with an explanation of the findings and a quote for remediation works - all for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

We had just bought a house and Ollie came to do the electrical safety test. He was very professional. Communication before the appointment was excellent and he showed up on time. When he checked the fuse box, he explained us that because of the age of the wires a full rewire was required to comply with today's regulations and was not worth it doing the electrical check. In the end he did not charge us because he did not carry out the test and even helped us finding someone for the full rewire (a service he did not offer at the time). Next time we need an electrician, we would certainly contact him again.

The electrics kept tripping and I didn't know why. I called JD Electrics and spoke to Jim mid morning. By 4 o'clock the same day Jim had been, found the fault and got it sorted. Excellent service, fast, honest and knowlegable. He even rang me that night to check everything was OK (which it was). I would thoroughly recommend.

Jim and his team installed a new extractor fan in our bathroom. It was a neat, clean and fuss-free process for a great price. They even worked around faulty hardware to give us a working solution, before returning to fit a replacement, with no extra charge. 100% reccomended.

Absolutely delighted with a recent rewire that Tom has just completed at my mother’s house. My mother is elderly and obviously having such a big job completed at the age of 81 is very difficult . From the start, we were given detailed estimates, clear breakdowns of costs and also verbally explained what needed doing . Tom is professional, extremely hard working and a true gentleman in the way he respected my mother and explained things. The wiring was over 70 years old, and throughout he showed us the work he was doing and also the old wires that he had replaced . We also decided to ask to have additional work completed as well in terms of fitting security lights attached outside as well. The floor boards all put back perfectly and tidied up as he went along . At the end we were given receipts, detailed paperwork to say exactly what work he had completed and all the appropriate electrical certificates, as well as written guarantees. After being recommended to me by my dad I have used Tom multiple times now at my house and he is just superb! He turns up when he says he will and really takes care to ensure he is working to what I require - and I know I am an awkward, fussy customer and so this is especially noted and appreciated! What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

If you're after any sort of advice on EV chargers and installs then Ricky is your man. I rang Ricky originally to get a quote based on being let down by another company back in Jan. Being nearby, Ricky promptly came to the property to do an initial audit and investigation as to whether my existing equipment was suitable - he also ran through several chargers and pointed me a reccomendation on what to have with no pressure to buy or have a specific model - he even stated I could go away and buy my own - in the end I went with the brand-new Apex charger from ProjectEV. After booking in shortly after, Ricky attended the property and it was all systems go - the install was quickly done, tested and I was shown in detail how to use the accompanying app along with a test charge to show me it fully working. Ricky's amazing service doesn't stop there though. A few days later, I thought there was a fault with the charger but even so, he was immedately responsive in having a look and even offered to come out of his way to have a look! Turns out it wasn't a fault at all. All in all, I highly reccomend Ricky. He's prompt, professional and does a cracking job looking after his clients. 5 stars.
