Used EIC a couple of weeks ago for two spotlights in my pourch and two spotlights outside my front door, I was very impressed with the advice and service I received. Ryan recommended my outside lights to be operated by a switch that connects to my WiFi and now I have them set on a timer and don't have to even worry about turning them on an off. Top job 100% Happy and would recommend to anyone wanting a good job

We were in the process of refurbishing our business. We used EIC for all our electrical work. Ryan gave us ideas and suggestions we didn't even think about. Abdullah and the team have been fantastic from day 1. AK Electrical Services were recommended to me by a colleague and I'm so glad they were! Originally we called them out to change a consumer unit in a property that hadn't been updated since the 80's. Unfortunately the property needed a full rewire with how the electrics had been altered over the years, but Abdullah and the team explained the whole process step by step, really showing the value of their service. I have had afew jobs done by Ray & i am always over the moon with his work! He is friendly, hard working & what i love more is he explains what needs doing & also explains what he is doing during the job. I find this is a massive positive as you know what is going on & you know he is doing his job correctly plus very professional! This is just one of the jobs he has done plus fit new lights under my kitchen cabinet, Fitted a security light & Extra double plug in my beauty room! Ray was called out recently to fix our electrics. We contacted him out of hours & he came the next morning. He managed to sort out the fault, was really efficient, explained the problem & wasn't too expensive. We were very pleased with his service!

Had an issue with our shower, our plumber recommended Ray. He came the same day but unfortunately it wasn't repairable but his suggestion limited the amount of water that was still flowing. He assisted us through the purchase of a new shower and installed it the day after arrival. Would have no hesitation in using Ray again.

We had a fault at 8 pm on Sunday. I messaged Ray, not expecting to get a reply until the next morning. He replied almost instantly, booked a time to come the next morning at 11, and turned up on time. Really nice lad, talked everything through, identified the fault, and had us back up and running. Really reasonable charge as well. Top bloke, highly recommend. We've certainly found the spark we will use for everything going forward now.
