Kevin has completed a few jobs for us today (new spotlights, replacing outdoor lights and broken sockets). All done to a high standard. I contacted Ashton Electrics after my mum's washing machine got stuck on a washing cycle. Th gentleman was so helpful and told me he would do his best to visit at the end of the working day, if not he would give me a time for the following day. He arrived as his last call after 5pm and I was so grateful. He fixed the machine with no fuss, was very polite and interesting to talk to. I'm so sorry I don't have his name as he had already introduced himself to my sister before I arrived but I'd like to thank him. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Fusion Electrical recently completed a full electrical survey and upgraded the consumer unit in our home. From start to finish, their professionalism was impressive. Both the on-site electricians and the office team were highly efficient and well organised. The quotes, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups were all handled seamlessly. I was kept informed at every stage, from the initial enquiry to receiving the final, thorough documentation. James even took the time to explain the details, which gave me complete confidence that everything was done to spec. I’m thoroughly impressed and would happily use Fusion Electrical again.

What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

Second job Luke has done for us. Came to replace a shower came when arranged. Unfortunately I’d got the wrong shower but said he would squeeze us in. Did a great job and tidy. Good communication highly recommended.

Had my kitchen rewired including replacing the consumer unit. Luke came when he was programmed got on with the work solving issues as they occurred. I am very pleased with the attention to detail and quality of workmanship.

Luke and his team came to fit some new light fittings and sockets. The work is impeccable and very neat. While they were here, they also inspected the electrics and advised me of a flaw from the previous owner which we were unaware of, potentially saving us from damage in the future. These guys are great communicators and very reliable, I will be booking more work in the future and would recommend 100%.

Absolutely spectacular job, we had an electrical issue in our house which we were not able to turn on a single light, and just on the phone half of the problem was solved. They came in the same day just a couple of hours after we spoke and they did a brilliant job for a great price. Very friendly approach, explaining every step of the process. Can’t recommend them enough, definitely our permanent electricians from now on.

Firstly a thoroughly courteous and charming man. I had apower outage and within an hour of calling him he was with me. He was installing assessing the problem and suggesting the solution. He investigated methodically confirming his initial suspicion. He fixed the problem and advised on the cause and how to try and prevent it recurring.
