Another great job completed today second time using fusion electrical. Electricians were very polite and friendly. Carried out extra work needed same day which was great. Good communication from the office team aswell. Will definitely recommend.

Fusion Electrical recently completed a full electrical survey and upgraded the consumer unit in our home. From start to finish, their professionalism was impressive. What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

I am so impressed with the team. Office staff so helpful and the men who carried out the work first class. Had a lot of old norweb wiring removed and they reconnected everything and tested. Fitted lights and replacing sockets. They went above and beyond and left the place spotless. Recommend. Thank you 😊

It’s always daunting choosing a tradesman but I was given the details of Trusted Electrics via a friend who had used them. I am so glad I did! What a great guy the owner is. Honest, trustworthy, nothing was too much trouble for him & his team. He was very reasonably priced & when I changed my mind last minute (much to the disgruntlement of my other half) Mike didn’t bat an eyelid & went that extra mile for us at very little cost. The electrics kept tripping and I didn't know why. I called JD Electrics and spoke to Jim mid morning. By 4 o'clock the same day Jim had been, found the fault and got it sorted. Excellent service, fast, honest and knowlegable. He even rang me that night to check everything was OK (which it was). I would thoroughly recommend.
