Jim and his team installed a new extractor fan in our bathroom. It was a neat, clean and fuss-free process for a great price. They even worked around faulty hardware to give us a working solution, before returning to fit a replacement, with no extra charge. 100% reccomended.

It’s always daunting choosing a tradesman but I was given the details of Trusted Electrics via a friend who had used them. I am so glad I did! What a great guy the owner is. Honest, trustworthy, nothing was too much trouble for him & his team. He was very reasonably priced & when I changed my mind last minute (much to the disgruntlement of my other half) Mike didn’t bat an eyelid & went that extra mile for us at very little cost. Highly recommend Michael at trusted electrics!! We recently moved into a new property and were wary of who we got to check the electrics as didnt want to be ripped off. Michael was very honest with the work that needs doing and what didnt. Prices were unbeatable.for the work he did! He explained everything and the reason for needing this work. We felt comfortable enough to leave him working in our home whilst at work. He was always punctual and responded quickly via text or phone call. Once finished everywhere was matching, clean and tidy and he even went so far as to put our TV and shelf on the wall for us too!! I will be recomending to family members if ever they need an electritian in the future.

Needed an electrician after my fuse box tripped during a storm and couldn’t locate the fault. Paul came round and managed to find the issue and isolate it, allowing other outlets on the same circuit to work. He gave me multiple options on how to fix the issue and didn’t try to push me into making a decision. He explained everything to me and was a really friendly guy! Highly recommend and will use again for any future jobs! Great value for money too 😊.

What outstanding service from a wonderful man. Micky answered my calls within seconds, he arrived on site exactly when he said he would, he diagnosed the underfloor heating problem and replaced a faulty thermostat the following day. I can not speak highly enough of Micky. We had lost lighting downstairs and the fuse box hadn't tripped. Micky came round within an hour on a Friday evening and spent over an hour investigating. Unable to find the issue, he came back the next morning and once again began to try and work out the problem. It goes without saying that he solved the conundrum and also rewired the fuse box to prempt a further issue. He even offered to hoover up after! All this for an exceptionally reasonable price. An absolute legend and a lovely fellow. If you are looking for a trusty and professional electrician, look no further.
