It’s always daunting choosing a tradesman but I was given the details of Trusted Electrics via a friend who had used them. I am so glad I did! What a great guy the owner is. Honest, trustworthy, nothing was too much trouble for him & his team. He was very reasonably priced & when I changed my mind last minute (much to the disgruntlement of my other half) Mike didn’t bat an eyelid & went that extra mile for us at very little cost. He always kept us informed every stage of the job, which I loved. He is a happy chappy too! He also leaves his areas clean & tidy which makes the overall job much more professional. Highly recommend Michael at trusted electrics!! We recently moved into a new property and were wary of who we got to check the electrics as didnt want to be ripped off. Michael was very honest with the work that needs doing and what didnt. Prices were unbeatable.for the work he did! He explained everything and the reason for needing this work. We felt comfortable enough to leave him working in our home whilst at work. He was always punctual and responded quickly via text or phone call. Once finished everywhere was matching, clean and tidy and he even went so far as to put our TV and shelf on the wall for us too!! I will be recomending to family members if ever they need an electritian in the future.

I contacted John to replace some down lights in my kitchen. He gave a quote straight away and came to do the job on a day that was convenient for us.Whilst he was there we realised the switch needed replacing too. Jan conducted an inspection for an Electrical Installation Condition Report and identified some issues that needed addressing, including a major issue that fell to Electricity North West to fix. I can not speak highly enough of Micky. We had lost lighting downstairs and the fuse box hadn't tripped. Micky came round within an hour on a Friday evening and spent over an hour investigating. Unable to find the issue, he came back the next morning and once again began to try and work out the problem. It goes without saying that he solved the conundrum and also rewired the fuse box to prempt a further issue. He even offered to hoover up after! All this for an exceptionally reasonable price. An absolute legend and a lovely fellow. If you are looking for a trusty and professional electrician, look no further.

What outstanding service from a wonderful man. Micky answered my calls within seconds, he arrived on site exactly when he said he would, he diagnosed the underfloor heating problem and replaced a faulty thermostat the following day. All for an extremely fair price. I can't praise his work ethic, his attitude and his pricing highly enough. What a joy people like Micky still exist in the trade.
