From Louise who took the initial call, Simon who came same day to assess the emergency and then to fixing and installing a new fuse box so everything was up to code within a matter of days. Both Simon and Louise are professional, efficient and friendly with courtesy messages about arrival times and all the work carried out cleanly and expeditiously. Fantastic service. Following our phone call, Simon came over the next day. The work was completed four days later. James and Ade were really efficient, polite and cleaned up after the work was finished. Price very fair too. Would definitely recommend to others and will use them again.

Not the cheapest but did a first class job. Good communication, arrived bang on time. Removed old fuse box and fitted new consumer unit. Also swapped a light switch and found an issue but spent time to figure out the problem and find a fix. Recommended.

Needed an electrician after my fuse box tripped during a storm and couldn’t locate the fault. Paul came round and managed to find the issue and isolate it, allowing other outlets on the same circuit to work. He gave me multiple options on how to fix the issue and didn’t try to push me into making a decision. He explained everything to me and was a really friendly guy! Highly recommend and will use again for any future jobs! Great value for money too 😊.

Jim and his team installed a new extractor fan in our bathroom. It was a neat, clean and fuss-free process for a great price. They even worked around faulty hardware to give us a working solution, before returning to fit a replacement, with no extra charge. 100% reccomended.

The electrics kept tripping and I didn't know why. I called JD Electrics and spoke to Jim mid morning. By 4 o'clock the same day Jim had been, found the fault and got it sorted. Excellent service, fast, honest and knowlegable. He even rang me that night to check everything was OK (which it was). I would thoroughly recommend.

What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

Nigel and Joe are absolutely top-notch experts. They completed my EICR within a mere 3 hours! The entire wiring appears to be about 40 years old, and fortunately, there are no significant issues. Nigel and Joe suggested a new consumer unit to align with the 18th Edition regulations, considering the current unit is approximately 30 years old. While it's not mandatory right now, I'd rather hold off until the house renovation. That way, I can opt to rewire the entire house and have a new consumer unit seamlessly installed. I wholeheartedly give them a perfect 10/10 recommendation.

Great service from AK Electrical Services. We lost power to the kitchen sockets at around 09:30pm and needed a expert to find and rectify the fault, looking online we found AK Electrical Sercives and gave them a call, we were given advice as to what the problem likely was and offered to come out straight away however we were able to temporarily use a extension to keep the essentials on and booked in for the following day. On arrival the next day they got to work straight away being very thorough and professional with the fault finding and was able to locate and fix the issue in short time whilst giving great advice regarding our outdated wiring and fuse box. Very happy with the work carried out and will be my first contact should any electrical work need doing in future. Thank you AK Electrical Services.

Abdullah and the team have been fantastic from day 1. AK Electrical Services were recommended to me by a colleague and I'm so glad they were! Originally we called them out to change a consumer unit in a property that hadn't been updated since the 80's. Unfortunately the property needed a full rewire with how the electrics had been altered over the years, but Abdullah and the team explained the whole process step by step, really showing the value of their service.
