Rang Rob as my electric had gone off in my house....he talked me through the fuse box asking me which switches to switch down.. I recently moved into a new house where unfortunately the fuse box tripped and then damaged all the electric sockets in my house which meant I had no power coming out from my sockets The guys came out and were so professional and highly efficient. They did not leave my house until they fixed the problem that day and also as there was another issue with my heating, they came back the very next day to also fix that. I have been very impressed with all of their work, they have provided me with 5 star excellent customer service. I will be highly recommended them to all my family and friends :)

Simon fitted ambient strip lighting, extra sockets and a multi phase colour ceiling light with speaker in my therapy room.. Also for added security, Simon fitted a wi-fi alarm and external security box. From the first initial phone call, the staff were extremely helpful and the work was outstanding and Simon even made sure that my clinic room was clean and ready to go. Attention to detail 10/10. Jammal was a fantastically attentive and helpful electrician. He sorted all sorts of things out around the flat, including replacing a towel rail, checking electric circuits / lights, replacing a burglar alarm and also fixing an issue with a cooker extractor. He has been back several times doing these jobs and I would be more then happy to have him back again. Thoroughly recommended.

On contacting Ollie he arranged an appointment with our estate agent to complete an EICR on the property we're buying quickly. Not only did we receive the EICR certificate the morning after the investigation took place, Ollie provided us with an explanation of the findings and a quote for remediation works - all for a very reasonable price. We had just bought a house and Ollie came to do the electrical safety test. He was very professional. Communication before the appointment was excellent and he showed up on time. When he checked the fuse box, he explained us that because of the age of the wires a full rewire was required to comply with today's regulations and was not worth it doing the electrical check. In the end he did not charge us because he did not carry out the test and even helped us finding someone for the full rewire (a service he did not offer at the time). Next time we need an electrician, we would certainly contact him again.

Jim and his team installed a new extractor fan in our bathroom. It was a neat, clean and fuss-free process for a great price. They even worked around faulty hardware to give us a working solution, before returning to fit a replacement, with no extra charge. 100% reccomended.

The electrics kept tripping and I didn't know why. I called JD Electrics and spoke to Jim mid morning. By 4 o'clock the same day Jim had been, found the fault and got it sorted. Excellent service, fast, honest and knowlegable. He even rang me that night to check everything was OK (which it was). I would thoroughly recommend.
