Sterling replied to my job advertisement very quickly , which was to look at a faulty bathroom light switch that had started to trip the RCD . He arrived on time and was able to fix the fault without any problems . He was tidy , polite and his price was very reasonable considering the short notice . I'd recommend Sterling to anyone and will use him again for any future electrical work .

Adding just a bit of extra security has eased some of our worries about having uninvited guests loitering in our garden and we hope it will act as a further deterrent. I have to say from our first initial contact, along with the quote and then the installation itself how impressed i am with Hive Service Property Services Ltd. The communication from Odell was just right, the price was very reasonable..… in fact I’d say that the overall job was completed professionally and efficiently. Odell also provided us with a Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate. Even when i added front porch light into the mix he was happy to quote and do the extra job there and then. I cannot recommend him enough so i’ll definitely be keeping hold of his number for any future jobs!

API installed a Zappi car charger for me. I received a few quotes before selecting API. They were not the cheapest but gave me the most confidence of being able to do the job and also a clear and easy-to-follow quote. I am happy that I selected API as the whole process, from first contact through to installation, was very straight forward and professional. The install itself was very tidy and Jamie went out of his way to help with the set-up (including calling me over the weekend to make sure it was working!). I did have a minor issue with the initial install but that was very quickly and professionally dealt with - great after-sales service. I would not hesitate to recommend API.

Jammal was a fantastically attentive and helpful electrician. He sorted all sorts of things out around the flat, including replacing a towel rail, checking electric circuits / lights, replacing a burglar alarm and also fixing an issue with a cooker extractor. Simon fitted ambient strip lighting, extra sockets and a multi phase colour ceiling light with speaker in my therapy room.. Also for added security, Simon fitted a wi-fi alarm and external security box. We had just bought a house and Ollie came to do the electrical safety test. He was very professional. Communication before the appointment was excellent and he showed up on time. When he checked the fuse box, he explained us that because of the age of the wires a full rewire was required to comply with today's regulations and was not worth it doing the electrical check. In the end he did not charge us because he did not carry out the test and even helped us finding someone for the full rewire (a service he did not offer at the time). Next time we need an electrician, we would certainly contact him again.
