On contacting Ollie he arranged an appointment with our estate agent to complete an EICR on the property we're buying quickly. Not only did we receive the EICR certificate the morning after the investigation took place, Ollie provided us with an explanation of the findings and a quote for remediation works - all for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

We had just bought a house and Ollie came to do the electrical safety test. He was very professional. Communication before the appointment was excellent and he showed up on time. When he checked the fuse box, he explained us that because of the age of the wires a full rewire was required to comply with today's regulations and was not worth it doing the electrical check. In the end he did not charge us because he did not carry out the test and even helped us finding someone for the full rewire (a service he did not offer at the time). Next time we need an electrician, we would certainly contact him again.

Jan conducted an inspection for an Electrical Installation Condition Report and identified some issues that needed addressing, including a major issue that fell to Electricity North West to fix. He subsequently completed work for me, including the installation of a new distribution board. Everything was done efficiently, without fuss and in expert fashion. Simon fitted ambient strip lighting, extra sockets and a multi phase colour ceiling light with speaker in my therapy room.. Also for added security, Simon fitted a wi-fi alarm and external security box. What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

The team completed some electrical works on our en-suite including an extractor fan, mirror, new lights and electric toilet seat. They did an excellent job, working quickly and minimising disruption to us, gave great advice and left the room much cleaner than it started. Zhelyazko and team did all the electrical work in our new kitchen which included: replacing all the sockets and light switches, installing 8 new LED downlights, adding extra sockets, install several isolation switches, connect a hob, cooker, integrated microwave, extractor, moving a light switch and removing and correcting some previously installed dangerous wiring work. All was done to a very high standard and backed up with certificates for all the work carried out. A great team that I would happily use again, highly recommended!!!!

What outstanding service from a wonderful man. Micky answered my calls within seconds, he arrived on site exactly when he said he would, he diagnosed the underfloor heating problem and replaced a faulty thermostat the following day. All for an extremely fair price. I can't praise his work ethic, his attitude and his pricing highly enough. What a joy people like Micky still exist in the trade.

I can not speak highly enough of Micky. We had lost lighting downstairs and the fuse box hadn't tripped. Micky came round within an hour on a Friday evening and spent over an hour investigating. Unable to find the issue, he came back the next morning and once again began to try and work out the problem. It goes without saying that he solved the conundrum and also rewired the fuse box to prempt a further issue. He even offered to hoover up after! All this for an exceptionally reasonable price. An absolute legend and a lovely fellow. If you are looking for a trusty and professional electrician, look no further.
