After being recommended to me by my dad I have used Tom multiple times now at my house and he is just superb! He turns up when he says he will and really takes care to ensure he is working to what I require - and I know I am an awkward, fussy customer and so this is especially noted and appreciated! His work is second to none in terms of craftsmanship, organisation and attention to detail and the place is always left cleaner than before he started working! I can't recommend Tom enough and will always use him for all my electrical requirements going forward. In a time where tradesman seem to be going down hill from a customer service perspective - Tom is just the exact opposite. Top man 👍

Absolutely delighted with a recent rewire that Tom has just completed at my mother’s house. My mother is elderly and obviously having such a big job completed at the age of 81 is very difficult . From the start, we were given detailed estimates, clear breakdowns of costs and also verbally explained what needed doing . Tom is professional, extremely hard working and a true gentleman in the way he respected my mother and explained things. The wiring was over 70 years old, and throughout he showed us the work he was doing and also the old wires that he had replaced . We also decided to ask to have additional work completed as well in terms of fitting security lights attached outside as well. The floor boards all put back perfectly and tidied up as he went along . At the end we were given receipts, detailed paperwork to say exactly what work he had completed and all the appropriate electrical certificates, as well as written guarantees. We needed a new sensor passageway light and,as the original installer seemed disinterested,contacted Lathom Electrical Contractors. Joe,who was friendly and chatty,fitted the new light. There was a minor issue (not the fault of Lathom Electrical) which Joe eventually (kindly) came out again to rectify,at the end of what had been a nightmare of a Friday for him! Dan communicated well,and seemed genuinely interested in customer service,unlike many tradespeople we've dealt with. From now on,when we need electrical jobs doing we'll be coming to Lathom Electrical Contractors!

Luke and his team came to fit some new light fittings and sockets. The work is impeccable and very neat. While they were here, they also inspected the electrics and advised me of a flaw from the previous owner which we were unaware of, potentially saving us from damage in the future. These guys are great communicators and very reliable, I will be booking more work in the future and would recommend 100%.

Had my kitchen rewired including replacing the consumer unit. Luke came when he was programmed got on with the work solving issues as they occurred. I am very pleased with the attention to detail and quality of workmanship.

Professional, punctual and friendly service. Mick Reeves arrived at the time arranged. He fitted my alarm with no damage to paintwork etc. He made sure my home was left clean and tidy. He explained in detail how the alarm system works and even installed and set up the app on my phone. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again if I needed any service’s that they offer.

I contacted GHE for some light fittings and switches I needed fitting, a young man called Danny Frost came to do the work. He was very professional, friendly and completed the job quickly and very tidily. I was more than happy with the service I received from him and the company. I reached out to Stuart at GHE Electrical for a quote on a new extractor fan hood for our cooker, and received a prompt response with the quote. They provided both the supply and installation, arranging a date and time that was convenient for us. Two days before the scheduled appointment, I requested to add an additional service: installation of a light fitting in our conservatory. Had an issue with the light switches in our house for years since we first moved in due to previous work being done incorrectly. Second job that Albert did for us, this time he installed our EV charger. Like before, can't fault his work. Come in, did the job, cleaned everything after, and even replaced some spotlights in the kitchen (no additional charge!). Definitely recommend Albert to anyone that needs a professional electrician.
