Steve came to do quite an urgent job for me of capping some pipes before some other work could be completed. He was able to come at a specific time to work around this which was much appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout. Steve was on time and very professional. I'm extremely happy with the work done, price was competitive and everything was left clean and tidy. I have already booked him in to do some other jobs (new radiator and service our boiler). Highly recommended.

Rang Stephen this morning, last night we noticed water dripping from the ceiling under the bathroom. He was able to come out later in the morning. Found out what the problem was after managing to remove the bath panel which was a problem in itself. He explained everything before he started the work and tested it after to make sure everything was ok. He left leaving everything clean and the old pipe which he had replaced.

Gave us a free quote for a new boiler. Very professional & polite. Gave us a date & time they would be coming. Explained everything they needed to do as was a very old boiler. Replaced boiler. New pipe work. All in the price they had said. Cleaned up after themselves too. Highly recommend

So glad we found B D Plumbing & Heating. We had an emergency and Barry was there within a matter of hours and worked hard all day to fix the issues. The following week we had another issue and again he was here very quickly. Lovely bloke, professional, great prices and does a great job leaving the house tidy and gives customers peace of mind that a professional job has been done. I called 4 other 24hr call out companies before Oncall and not one answered. When I spoke to Oncall they couldn’t do enough to help, they went way above and beyond to help. I would without hesitation highly recommend this company. They not only got Mum’s boiler working again, they demonstrated integrity, compassion and care!

Totally recommend this guys. After being charged 2 hours on other company at a higher rate, not having the boiler fixed, the diagnose was a part that had to be ordered and would just arrive in 3 days (3 more days without hot water and heating), my landlady called this guys that came same day, went straight to the issue and in less than 1 hour they fixed the boiler (and it wasn't the part that the other said it was). Now I'm without £250 but, at least, I have hot water and heating for me, my wife and our baby :) Thank you

Amazing service from this company. Andy and Lee certainly know their trade inside and out. Where to start? November 2022 my alleged superb quality German engineered boiler (Veissman) packed in working. Veissman engineers attended eventually, under warranty, and diagnosed blocked pipework throughout my home.They Claimed their super boiler was working fine. Contacted OnCall (Andy & Lee) who attended in a timely manner and spent many hours diagnosing the fault. My boiler as being at fault. Not blocked pipework Veissman engineer! Andy and Lee ran an external loop to prove my heating pipework wasn't blocked. The boiler which had been a nightmare all the time I've lived with it was changed on my request. *A Baxi Platinum Plus 40kw combi boiler was ftted for a good price. *Work was carried out to a high standard. *Both men left my home in a clean condition and took care when moving around my home. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Their knowledge and investigative skills prove that experience counts. A big thank you to both of them.

We moved house over BH weekend and the combi boiler would not work at all ,, rang Brian who came in a timely manner,, Brian worked through this old boiler from each problem,, pilot light ,, water ,, main burner and solved each issue ,, he could have given up but didn’t,, we now have hot water !! Well done proper job would highly recommend

I contacted Mike yesterday as it was almost as if our boiler packed up altogether. I sent over some pictures or what was going on. He came out first thing this morning had a look and knew exactly what was wrong. He is very knowledgeable and polite very easy to talk to! We're just waiting for our new boiler! After being let down by 2 bathroom places I popped into here, well were do I start with my 3 fairy godfathers and Austin! I booked them in to do 2 bathrooms and they stayed with me helping renovate our house and turned it into a beautiful home. I couldn't have coped without Matt, Dave and Simon they helped and supported and put in beautiful bathrooms, they had to fit all new boiler and pipes, completely ripped out 2 bad old bathrooms they checked everything and still they fit me in to pop back and help me. Not only all above but they also designed and fitted in a doggy shower especially for our boy who broke both back legs, also a whole new bootroom wall coming down the full on works it's stunning now. 5 months of these guys has been a pleasure, they are hard working, clean as they go and very trustworthy I can't name all but every single one of them I highly recommend, I've felt in safe in their hands and the work speaks for themselves. I'm so happy because I had so many cowboys quoting but had a blast renovating with these guys and I have to say a most special thank you to Austin for being the best joiner around for all his dedication and hard work but most importantly being a fantastic team leader I will miss him being around most of all. First time I've used this company and I was very impressed. Told Craig my issue with the boiler and he was round within a few hours, he identified the issues immediately and explained clearly what needed to be done. A small part had to be ordered, after keeping in touch he returned the next day to complete the job to a high standard and a very reasonable price.
