Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

These guys were recommended to me and I can see why. They helped me through the whole process and helped me choose the right package for me and my home.I had a few quotes for boilers and Laceys were the cheapest by a few hundred and the customer service just made it clear that they had to fit my boiler. Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

Luke at Alcon has carried out all of my landlord gas safety certificates over the last 4 years (& I will continue to use him) he installed a boiler 3 years back which has been superb since and finished a neat job. Always professional and on time, a reliable skilled tradesman is hard to come by nowadays but I have been grateful for all the prompt and excellent service so far. Booked Mark for a service and advice on a new thermostat. He gave some great background information on thermostats and recommended a Tado for an app controlled device. Arranged an appointment for a couple of days later and he texted 20 minutes before arrival. He installed the Tado and quickly dealt with a couple of wiring issues linking it to my Ideal boiler. Mark was very professional, friendly and has left us with an excellent app based Tado thermostat. I would have no hesitation recommending him or using his service for any boiler issues.

I contacted Brunton Brothers on the recommendation of several family members who'd had a great experience with the team, to arrange a service on our boiler and inspection of two gas fireplaces which hadn't been used since we'd moved in our house. The guys arrived at the time arranged and provided a friendly and efficient service. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to anyone else.

Absolutely amazing service by Andy and Sean. They advised us they would be arriving at 7.30am and arrived on time. They covered all carpeted areas they would be using and kept everywhere very neat and tidy throughout the day. They checked everything was working properly after the new boiler had been fitted and they explained how everything worked to us. I highly recommend A.T.S. went in today after trying a few of the larger local DIY/Plumbing retailers who were unable to help. The staff were very friendly and so helpful. I had problems installing a new toilet which was leaking. They advised me what to do even gave me a quick demo in the shop. I purchased the parts i needed at very reasonable prices and followed their instructions. I now have a fully working toilet with no leaks. Thank you very much.

We needed a new gas hub to be fitted on the same day. A trusted builder recommended Rapid heating. To our delight, they sent the gas safe engineers later in the afternoon on the same day. The hob was fitted to a high standard, tested and they even cleaned up afterwards. I can highly recommend this organisation.

Very speedy, friendly and professional service. Came out to have a look at my leaking boiler within 24 hours of first contact, and when it was deemed my old boiler was past the point of saving (though they did try), I was able to have a new boiler fitted within a couple of days. Great work, very efficient, much better boiler, over and above service. Price was excellent on all fronts and generally a pleasure to deal with in a situation that is usually unwanted. Taz is fantastic! 8.30pm on a Saturday was no trouble for him. New connect from the Hive to the fuse switch, new fuse switch, new flex pipe from the boiler to water inlet pipe and new valve with additional breaker. Cannot praise him and his work enough.
