Matt is extremely skilled & professional in his work. He started work exactly when he said, worked hard, and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. Our job was minor compared with most of his work, but we would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone, & will definitely ask him back for further work when we need it. What a nice man !

I had a number or radiators relocated and additional radiators installed. Matt was a very knowledgable and professional individual, it was nice to see a trade person actually bring a hover and clean up after themselves. Will be definitely using him for annual boiler service.

I had an amazing experience with this company! Firstly my husband vetted several firms for a new boiler in our home. My husband felt Matthew really knew his stuff when he visited to provide a quote and additionally, he was most reasonable with the quote he provided back so it made sense to go with him. Then my parents needed a new boiler which meant an overhaul of taking out a single heating system and replacing with a combi boiler. He gave us options and explored the easiest way to do it. This was in the middle of winter and my mum and dad were without any heating. He communicated with us and really took on board the needs of my parents who are elderly and vulnerable. I can honestly say I am blown away at the service Matthew provided. He’s a really lovely guy and went above and beyond. He is very conscientious in his work, tidy and thorough. You can tell he loves his job and wants to do the best for his customers. He also helped source other tradesmen for things he spotted they also needed doing which were on my to do list, as well as project managing the new installation to perfection. Without a doubt I would recommend Matthew’s company- an excellent service and all-round lovely guy!

We have had a heat pump fitted & recently had our bathroom refurbished by Dave & his team . Can not praise them enough very professional & super friendly. Dave kept us updated every step of the way with what was happening. What time they would arrive in the morning & always on time. They tidied up every night before finishing. These guys were great. Needed a new boiler urgently as the old one had completely blown and we have young kids in the house. They came out really quickly and bent over backwards and staying late to get a new one installed and working the next day. We needed a new gas hub to be fitted on the same day. A trusted builder recommended Rapid heating. To our delight, they sent the gas safe engineers later in the afternoon on the same day. I would 100% recommend Brunton Brothers. They have helped with our boiler and also the installation of new radiators throughout our house. Cheryl is extremely prompt and helpful in her communication. We were provided with a range of different radiator options and she was always willing to answer any queries we had in order to ensure we got the perfect radiators to suit our needs. I contacted Brunton Brothers on the recommendation of several family members who'd had a great experience with the team, to arrange a service on our boiler and inspection of two gas fireplaces which hadn't been used since we'd moved in our house. Booked Mark for a service and advice on a new thermostat. He gave some great background information on thermostats and recommended a Tado for an app controlled device. Arranged an appointment for a couple of days later and he texted 20 minutes before arrival. He installed the Tado and quickly dealt with a couple of wiring issues linking it to my Ideal boiler. Mark was very professional, friendly and has left us with an excellent app based Tado thermostat. I would have no hesitation recommending him or using his service for any boiler issues.

Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.
