High recommend Mark, gets you booked in quick, arrives on time, very professional and explains everything fully. I have used Mark for a few year's now. Booked Mark for a service and advice on a new thermostat. He gave some great background information on thermostats and recommended a Tado for an app controlled device. Arranged an appointment for a couple of days later and he texted 20 minutes before arrival. He installed the Tado and quickly dealt with a couple of wiring issues linking it to my Ideal boiler. Mark was very professional, friendly and has left us with an excellent app based Tado thermostat. I would have no hesitation recommending him or using his service for any boiler issues.
