I have only been coming to this hair salon for a few months and can honestly say I have had a fab experience and will continue to see Amber, lovely atmosphere and feel like I've been coming for years, prior to my first visit I had a consultation with Amber and she provided me with really useful advice. A great hairdressers and you won't be disappointed 🙂🙂

I had Carly for my cut and colour, she was lovely, very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. She did a fantastic job and got it exactly right. The other ladies working there were lovely too and kept everyone chatting. They offer loads of other services, such a lovely salon. Just one tip, it was cash only when I went so check before going, not a problem I just hadn't thought to check before.

Went in unsure on what I wanted (just knew it was a haircut). Amber went through everything with me. Left with a lovely new style, works with my lifestyle without much fuss. Great value and lovely stylist. All the team were lovely and chatty, really welcoming environment.

I’ve been going to Mahsa for my eyebrows threaded for several years and wouldn’t go to anyone else! She is skilled, efficient, friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure she can fit you in! Really good value for money too!

I love coming here for my monthly wax. Mahsa is always making me feel comfortable, gives a really friendly and caring approach. I have been coming here for a year now and i haven’t looked back. I would definitely recommend this place for your treatments!

I had lashes done here. No pre- booking weeks ahead needed. Wanted natural looking lashes and got exactly that. Very happy and will definitely be back.

I was recommended by my friend and i really was amazed by the beds. I was at another sunbed shop and never tanned, however when i started the sunbeds here i seen a massive difference within 3 sessions! The couple that own the shop are lovely people and there staff are amazing.

I came into the salon today and had such a nice morning with Emily, she was really helpful with colour choices, made me feel very relaxed and made a brilliant cuppa! I had a colour, cut and blow. Emily's customer service was fantastic and I am so happy with my colour. I will be back again soon.

I booked an appointment for lip fillers for the first time. Yuliya is so lovely and professional. She put me at ease with a full discussion before we did anything. The shop is beautiful and clean, and it's such a relaxing place to be. The whole experience was lovely and I'm so happy with the results, my lips are exactly what I wanted and I found it practically pain free. Would 100% recommend to anyone who is considering aesthetics.

I’m a nervous salon goer, as the hair I want and and the hair I walk out with very often don’t match up however that wasn’t even remotely the case here with Serena. She listened to everything I wanted to say, suggested a treatment more suitable (and less expensive!) than I was originally booked for, and didn’t touch my length which I was very, very particular about and despite making this clear everywhere I go, never seems to be listened to! I would recommend Italian Touch to anyone, particularly those interested in vibrant hair colours which Serena absolutely nailed !

I cannot recommend this place enough. I have called the salon asking for a quick consultation and the owner was super accomodating, she understood perfectly what I wanted and she quickly booked an appointment for me. She gave me lot of advice about the treatments, what product to use and she was honest about the result and what to expect. What can I say. Her blowdry is the BEST and made me feel like I was back home, she is definitely a perfectionist. I actually cant wait to go back, thank you!

Managing my hair has always been a challenge, and with an upcoming cruise, I sought a solution that would make hair care more manageable. After discovering Italian Touch on Treatwell, I booked an appointment. Serena promptly reached out for a consultation, providing detailed insights into the treatment process and reassuring me that it was the right choice for my hair type. On the day of the appointment, Serena began by washing, detangling, and blow-drying my hair. She then applied the keratin product, meticulously using a temperature-controlled straightener to seal it in. After allowing it to set, she applied a second product, followed by another period of setting, rinsing, blow-drying, and straightening. The entire process took approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes, during which Serena’s expertise and attention to detail were evident. The results were astounding. My hair felt sleek, smooth, and had a remarkable bounce. Serena encouraged me to run my fingers through it, and I was genuinely amazed at the transformation. She also provided valuable advice on post-treatment care and recommended suitable products to maintain the results. Additionally, she gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. Started going to see Kerris earlier this year after not going to the hairdressers for years after a bad experience elsewhere.
