The staff here are so friendly and very welcoming. The treatments are second to none. The hot stone massages are Amazing !! Myself and my friends use Carriages regularly because of the professionalism, friendliness, and expertise of all the staff , who cater for all your beauty and relaxation needs. Beyond perfect . Booked my wife in to have her hair cut and coloured after coming across Chris by chance. Explained my wife been house bound for 4 years and not had hair done professional for 8 years . Chris understood her agoraphobia and nervousness around strangers and arranged for my wife to be only client. Chris treated her like a celebrity and gave her 200% attention made her feel awesome. Did a fantastic job on the colour and cut even though she had never done that style before. Fellas if you want to give your misses a real treat she will really appreciate book her in with Chris. You would not get a better experience in any Cheshire beauty retreat at a fraction of the cost. Trust a man who like all of us struggles to buy a present for their misses. And ladies leave a gentle hint to your man to spend money on an experience you will appreciate.

Chris at GabbyDave has treated and advised me on the quality of my hair, in the 6 months I have been going, my hair has grown and is thicker. I would and have recommended her to friends and family. My young teenage daughter goes as her hair is unmanageable for me and a nightmare to be done at home, Chris has transformed her hair into an absolute delight. Chris has always polite, always ready to do service on time and gives good advice from the 1st visit. My daughter feels comfortable enough for me to leave her with Chris so I can pop to the shops. I am extremely happy with the end results you can see the smile on my daughters face when it is finished. My daughters hair has improved so much since she has been attending the salon, it's amazing. I cannot recommend Rachel highly enough. I have been coming to her for at least 8 years and would not go anywhere else. Not only is she a fantastc hairdresser, she is a lovely person too. She really listens to what you want and does a brilliant blow dry. The salon is clean and attracive and has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Melissa Jane bury i would highly recommend Sophie does my hair from extensions and blow dries and colour friendly always wants the best for her clients. All the girls are friendly welcoming and chloe is very highly recommended too

I absolutely love going to Melissa Jane’s, I’ve been going since I was 10 years ago. Everyone there is so friendly and kind, it’s like one big family. Kayleigh is amazing at what she does, if I turn around and say I want a completely different look, she’s already 20 steps in front of me. She loves a gossip, it’s like catching up with an old friend every time and getting incredible hair out of it in the process, I love you all xx

Booked my daughter's first haircut with Kayleigh. My daughter is 5, was very anxious and has very curly hair. The initial phone call put me completely at ease, where Kayleigh told me she would take the appt because she knew how to cut curly hair (she did) and asked my daughter to bring in something she loved as a conversation starter. When we got there today, Kayleigh sprung into action, quickly forming a bond with her. She got a hairdressing doll out so E could practice brushing and cutting, showed her the tools and talked her through the process. By the time she got to the actual haircut, my daughter was completely in on the experience. We got some curls to take home (her baby hair!) as well. The cut itself was great and her hair looks so much healthier now but, honestly, that was the least interesting part of the experience. My daughter went from scared and trying to avoid going to the appt itself to asking if we could have another haircut tomorrow. 10/10 and we will be coming back for sure. Thank you!

I had my curly hair colour roots done and.the service was impeccable. As my hair is coarse and dense it can easily be deemed unmanageable. This salon really understands curly hair and i skipped out of the salon with whooshy curls. I am definitely going back!

Had my first appointment here this week and so over the moon with what Charley has done with my brows and lashes. I've been trying for months and months at another salon to achieve a desired look and was never happy but Charley managed to do it in one session and I love how they look! I also had a reiki facial which was super relaxing and my skin is glowing. The salon is really clean and cute and the ladies working there are so friendly. Already convinced a friend to start coming here too, can't recommend highly enough!

Such a lovely salon! Was my first time at Redds and I was made to feel really welcome, which immediately put me at ease. Debs transformed my hair and I was absolutely delighted with the end result! Well, what can I say! Jodie, you have performed an absolutely miracle on my hair today and I can not thank you enough! I arrived at the salon with hair that hadn’t been cut for 3 years and had 3 years worth of dark brown box dye on it (an absolute sin in the world of hair stylists!) It was long, frizzy, had split ends longer than anyone has ever seen and wasn’t really in the best condition. I had a root lift, a full head of foils to add a lighter touch and had a toner added. I’ve also had a huge amount cut off. Jodie has done an amazing job and my hair looks fabulous. I’ve had so many compliments and only left the salon 15 minutes ago. The colour suits my skin tone much better than the colour I had and again, thanks to Jodie. She obviously knows what she’s doing and I will absolutely be returning. I think I have now found my new forever salon. The salon is gorgeous and all of the staff are super lovely and friendly. If you’re looking for a new salon, I would highly recommend Redds, and will be doing just that to friends, family and colleagues. Thanks again Jodie, you’re amazing! 😊

Amazing! The girls at this salon have gone above and beyond to help me out for 2 wedding functions this weekend. Love the salon. It's clean, spacious, modern and the staff are all friendly. I’ve been coming here now for almost 3 years have a blow dry every week and colour every 6 weeks! Absolutely love coming Charleene (the boss!) normally dies my hair , but Caroline and Holly are both as good.. you do get the proper high end salon experience.. only the best products used, great head massage every time! Professional yet really friendly. I can’t recommend Salon Refreshed enough. Very competitive prices worth every penny. Give it a try you will not be disappointed! I wish to share my experience of visiting Refreshed Hair Salon. The salon is lovely and immaculate and I was welcomed so much. Both Jess and Holly were very kind and friendly. I then met my stylist Caroline she too was very friendly and we discussed in detail what style I would like . The end result was gorgeous I was so pleased Caroline is a fantastic stylist she knew exactly what I wanted. As well as her expertise in hairdressing she is so kind and helpful and I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. I have booked again for next week I have found my perfect hairdresser. The Retreat is set in beautiful surrounding the girls are amazing and friendly. I would highly recommend a visit for a pamper. I had a massage and facial last week Kelly made me feel extremely relaxed and pampered. Went to have a few things done here prior to my honeymoon. Staff was lovely and did a fab job. I was worried about having a spray tan in case it was too dark, but it was exactly as I wanted it. I also had my nails and toes done, which I'm super happy with. Would highly recommend this place.

Nicola did my eyelashes today. Really friendly, remembered stuff from months ago about me! I felt really comfortable. Her attention to detail is brilliant. My eyelashes have been done beautifully. Felt very safe and COVID secure. Definitely recommend!
