First time I've been today. So happy with my nails. all ready to celebrate the queen's jubilee. Hand-painted nail art. (Not stickers) such a talented lady. Booked in again for next month for my Hoilday nails. I highly recommend. Also other services available and have booked in for eyebrow tint and thread.

I have used Bethany and the team several times now over the years including on my wedding day. Bethany is amazing and always takes time to to put me at ease and understand the look I'm trying to achieve. Whether it's a true vintage styling or make up and lashes for an event I have always left feeling my amazing. They also run workshops and events at the salon which have been really fun and informative.

I have been to a few salons but I could not really revisit any of them but not th Hair Company. This was my first visit and I love it. I love the ease of booking, I love the ambience, I love the cleanliness and the professionalism. I was served by Curtis and I will ask for him again. He was kind, professional and a simply nice person. I had long curly hair and I wanted a short cut. He considered how I would normally style it and the fact my hair is curly and didn't just cut for the sake of cutting. He gave me a beautiful finish too. Thank you Curtis, I will return before it is as long again!

Love the salon, the service and the stylists. All staff are friendly, welcoming and very talented. They are amazing at what they do and you always get perfect results. I have been going for years for colours, hair cuts and extensions. After a few disasters at others salons, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. Highly recommend!!

Really great service and all the staff are knowledgeable and professional. I first got an appointment for my wedding updo years ago, which was beautiful and I’ve been having my hair cut and coloured here since. Nothing seems too much trouble and ladies give honest advice about treatments and how to get the best results. Even after having my hair bleached and coloured in one sitting, it was so soft, shiny and in great condition. They definitely know what they’re doing and I’ll definitely be going again.

This was my first time at Melissa Timperly, and my stylist Megan was brilliant. She was so lovely to chat with and did an outstanding job with my hair. I hadn’t had my hair coloured in years, and I wanted something that would be easy to maintain and blend naturally with my own colour, and she was spot on. I also went for a big change with a much shorter cut. I’m always a bit nervous about finding the right hairdresser because my hair has a mix of curl textures, but Megan handled them beautifully. I’m thrilled with my new cut and colour—absolutely loving it! I’ll definitely be coming back here for my next haircut. Thanks Megan!

Lovely salon. I'd been looking for a salon specialising in short, curly hair post chemotherapy. Victoria always asks how I am managing my hairstyle and explains how she is going to cut it before proceeding with the haircut. She then shows how to style it at the end. The stylists here wash your hair, colour it and cut it so you have 1 person looking after you from start to finish. The mints with the coffee are also lovely! This place has been a great find! 08/09 Another precision cut again today. Such beautiful shaping - I particularly love the back. Thank you Victoria! 15/02 I am still thrilled with my hair. I decided to go curly just before Christmas and Victoria listened to my requirements and did a fabulous job yet again. I am really looking forward to my next visit to the salon. Thank you Victoria 04/02/25 Jo is now styling my hair as Victoria is currently taking a gap year. He has cut my hair a couple of times and I have been very pleased with the results. Jo is really personable and easy to chat to. He always checks that I'm happy with the cut and whether there is anything I'd like him to tweak.
