I had my first waxing appointment ever here , Caitlin was so personable and really took her time with me made me very comfortable and she gave me great advice for aftercare and future appointments 10/10 definitely recommend 👌

Lovely staff. Attention to detail. For a waxing experience as pleasant as can be expected. Gel nails look very good and always last as expected. I've had waxing, tints of lash & brows, pedicure and manicures. I would not hesitate to recommend for these and to try other treatments.

I had the best experience at Toys hair and beauty. I was a last minute appointment and was looked after so well. Beautiful salon and the most amazing owner, she works incredibly hard, costumer service, style and hospitality all amazing. Thank you so much for a great experience! X

First impressions were good, a nice and clean reception, you are also offered tea or coffee while you wait for your appointment. Background music was unobtrusive and set a serene atmosphere with a top selection of afeobeats. The Stylist was polite and friendly and the hairdressing area was light and clean. My hair wash was really good and included a head massage with conditioner , that was very relaxing. When finished my hair was fresh and shiny. I would definitelty go back and try others treatments.

I had my nails done & hair treatment 5 stars isn’t enough for this salon, I honestly had a amazing experience, toy would go over and beyond for her clients. Best salon I’ve been to in Manchester so far 🫶🏽❤️ Thanks toy 🥰

I came here firstly with my daughter to have her hair cut just before starting back at school. Rachel squeezed me into her super busy day. I was so pleased with my daughter hair she absolutely loved it. I came again for my hair today, I completely trusted Rachel as she explained throughly what she was going to do. She has transformed my hair from bad long roots. Tried dry looking colour. To complete refresh of colours. I have so pleased and have already booked my next appointment. Her prices are so reasonable, Rachel really puts her clients first. I would 1000 percent recommend anyone to come here!!!!

I could not recommend this salon enough! Haven’t had a haircut in more than a year because I didn’t know where to go/who to trust, but something told me to go see Rachel and she was absolutely amazing! Put me at ease, had a chat and for someone that’s quite introverted she made me feel so comfortable. My hair looks amazing and she was so honest with the consultation beforehand and the result is just so so nice! Definitely go see her

We had a great time barbing here. Nice ambience , neat , professional, friendly and there is toilet as well for use. I mean I will go there over and over again. Their clipper is also well sanitized at every use even while barbing. Great job Emmanuel with your team. My kids got treat after barbing as well.

Had the best manicure and pedicure with Ruth and Deval! They were so lovely and made the whole experience super relaxing. My nails look amazing—such great attention to detail and a perfect finish. The vibe was great, and I felt really well taken care of. Would definitely come again and highly recommend! ❤️✨

I booked in for a last minute appointment with Cheri and went for a cat eye BIAB. Cheri was lovely and attentive, and did an amazing job! She checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was happy with everything including shape, length and colour. I’ll definitely be back.

Where do I start. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ The staff here are so so friendly, offering the best advice to suit your hair type & eyebrow type (I had my hair treated, washed, cut, and blown dry + my eyebrows waxed and tinted). I was even given in depth advice of how to care for my hair and shall be taking this on board. So amazed with how my hair feels after treatment, how it looks as well as my eyebrows. 100000% recommend and I shall be back time and time again when I come home from London 😍😍🥰🥰 the girls here are absolutely amazing

I have struggled for years to find a decent hairdresser due to the awkward texture of my hair which is super frizzy and almost afro but the unmanageable type due to high porosity?.. I have visited so many high end salons in the past such as Tony & guys etc..and never once -if Im honnest -have I been fully satisfied with the results. I have to thank the stars for finally finding Grazielle, she's a master in the art of hairdressing , la creme de la creme and always sends me home with a beaming smile on my face. I do not review loads, but when I feel I had an outstanding service I'd like to give a shout out. So, to reiterate, Grazielle is very highly skilled , extremely reasonably priced, too many services to choose from ( I also like derma care / skin care with Imane) great value for money and the whole team behind is just as amazing. This is the best hair dressers place I've come across. I'm a black girl with relaxed hair and it's a very good place to do your hair, so black girls don't feel they would know how to handle your hair. They are excellent with all hair textures trust me. My first experience was awesome and I can't wait to go there again. I recommend it to everyone.

Perry goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with your hairstyle and cut . He and his staff are lovely and its well worth giving them a try

I have been to so many different hairdressers and I never get a cut that I like. Most places just don't listen to you at all. Perry (the owner of the shop) did my hair for me as my other half does work for him & he was awesome. It's the best haircut I have had in a long long while. Massively recommend!

Had the best first experience at Norah’s. I opted for a balayage and the results were amazing! Norah and her staff were able to achieve the colour I wanted in one sitting given I had box dyed my hair! All of the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. Definitely would recommend to all.
