Managed to get locked out of my house on a Saturday morning. Lee came very quickly (within 30 mins of calling) to come and replace the lock. He was a really nice guy and did a great job of removing the lock without damaging the door. Reasonable price for such short notice! New lock came with 5 new keys too. All in all, great service! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic service from Paul. Called to enquire about replacement UPVC door looks, he came round to my house literally within 10 minutes. Explained everything regarding the replacement locks and gave me a great quote. He ordered the new locks and installed them with no mess. Messaged Billy regarding our patio door/lock being broken as well as our front door sticking, he provide an estimate for the jobs, which were reasonable and booked us in shortly after. The work he and his colleague provided was great. They got to work quickly fixing both issues with no hassle at all and did a fab job cleaning up. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

My front door wasn’t locking. Billy asked me lots of questions over the phone and gave me his initial thoughts. He arrived promptly the next day as arranged, sorted the problem out quickly and gave advice on future usage. He even realigned the bolt on my garden gate for me while he was here! Billy was polite, extremely helpful when I called and arrived in an hour as promised. He informed and showed me what was the problem and fitted a new cylinder and spring, and wiped the door clean of oil smear. The price was great as I was stressing it would be a fortune. I text James in the morning and he confirmed he could get to me by noon that day which he did promptly. Pretty quickly sized up the issue i had, then went on to examine the rest of the patio doors and made some further adjustments - now the door operates much better than before. He also offered to check out the front door, which required just a just a bit of lube, but i liked he showed some initiative and looked for other issues to fix whilst he was here. Very polite and friendly, well worth the money.

I had reason to need a locksmith whilst away from home to fix a front door lock on our home. I spoke to James via telephone and he said he would go and check it out and phone me back. James is very reliable, skilled and friendly. He came and fitted an internal lock the day after I called. Prompt, tidy and exactly the result I wanted. Would definitely recommend James and will be calling upon him again in the future.

James comes highly recommended. Great service: he repaired an existing lock rather than simply (and more expensively) replacing it, and also explained exactly what he had done in fitting a new lock so I could be confident with talking to the insurance company. Good communications, reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use him again, and would happily recommend him to friends and family.

I went to Arc with what I thought was a broken exterior door lock that needed replacing and came out with the same lock working perfectly. Bob explained why the lock "broke" the night before (we had to call out an emergency locksmith to gain entry into the house) and how to easily fix it if it "broke" again. All free of charge. Excellent service from Bob and his colleague - polite, friendly and very helpful. I can't rate Arc highly enough.

Right from the beginning Astons Access were professional and really easy to communicate with. I spoke with a lovely woman called Louisa throughout the process over WhatsApp messenger which meant I could communicate in my own time. I booked an appointment and a lad called Scott came out the next morning, he was friendly, well mannered and got me back on the road in no time. He opened my door with ease while giving me good information about the security of my cars locking system. After such a great service, I would never go anywhere else.

Had the pleasure of using locksmiths 4u today, they said they would be around in one hour arrived in 30 minutes. The children had locked the keys in the car. They managed to open the door under two minutes. Great job thank you guys.
