I contacted Jordan because I had lost my front door key. He was able to pick the back door lock, allowing me to enter the property and get the back door key inside. It was icy temperatures and my cat was waiting impatiently inside for his food and medication. I was very grateful that Jordan arrived so quickly and worked so efficiently. The price was reasonable and Jordan was very friendly, which certainly helped in the stressful situation.

Initially, Dave from Red Dam came to our new house 18 months ago, carried out a security survey and advised us where he would fit the alarm sensors and where he would position the CCTV cameras. Dave and a colleague then fitted the alarm and CCTV cameras for us, did a fantastic job and said that he would always be on the other end of the phone should we need any support or advice. There were then a few occasions where I needed advice with regards to both the alarm and CCTV, one being late at night, and Dave was always there with an instant reply and able to sort my problem - absolutely brilliant. Fast forward to yesterday, and our lock on our front door became faulty, so I contacted Dave, and another member of staff from Red Dam, Andy, came to our address within the hour. He worked really meticulously and solved the problem, and even upgraded our locking system for us in the same visit. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Thanks again.

Fantastic team. Had CCTV installed two years ago and very pleased with the service and the cameras provided. Recently had alarm system installed and again with great service. I went to Arc with what I thought was a broken exterior door lock that needed replacing and came out with the same lock working perfectly. Bob explained why the lock "broke" the night before (we had to call out an emergency locksmith to gain entry into the house) and how to easily fix it if it "broke" again. All free of charge. Excellent service from Bob and his colleague - polite, friendly and very helpful. I can't rate Arc highly enough.

I've used Tom previously when my front door was insecure came out same day put me at ease and the cheapest price by far. Contacted him today as my elderley parent was concerned as next door had car stolen broken into house and accessed via my parents garden, contacted Tom and he went to secure the house. Used Tom numerous times. He’s changed all my locks to high security locks, fitted new garage locks when I lost my keys, sorted my sticking patio doors and changed handle on my front door when it went faulty. He’s the one person I trust and the first person I call when I have a security issue. Always arrives when he says he will, does a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Superb service- had to arrange a new key whilst I was abroad at 4pm on a Friday night to be able to drive home at 10pm. The whole thing arranged over text, met at the agreed time and was on the move within 15 minutes. Great customer service, easy to work with and great attitude to helping me out! Managed to get locked out of my house on a Saturday morning. Lee came very quickly (within 30 mins of calling) to come and replace the lock. He was a really nice guy and did a great job of removing the lock without damaging the door. Reasonable price for such short notice! New lock came with 5 new keys too. All in all, great service!
