After having keys ‘go missing’ from the house was quite unsure on who to go to in regards to changing the locks , I shopped around 5/6 company’s and after speaking to mark I told him the budget he offered the cheapest around making sure not to skint me too , sent my address (Marple) turned up within half an hour on a BANK HOLIDAY too two locks changed 5 keys for each took around an hour from what was a quite stressful ordeal to one of the best interactions I’ve had with any company , Absolutely Superb , cannot praise this guy enough and you can tell it’s something he is proud of and 100% should be absolutely Fantastic! - here within the hour -cheapest quote - pleasant experience -on a bank holiday Monday -plenty of spares and a year guarantee -easy payment cash / Card /transfer USE THIS BUSINESS 👍

Called in twice when I was having a problem with the lock on my car. First time, they tried to sort a new key, but unfortunately it didn't work so they didn't charge me, actually giving me a refund of what I'd paid for the key. Then after I'd had the lock taken out of the door, I took it into the shop. He rebuilt the lock and issued me with a new key that worked, all at an extremely reasonable cost. And what's more, he'd done it within an hour, something I definitely wasn't expecting. I would definitely recommend them. Excellent, friendly, prompt service that doesn't fleece you!

I contacted Jordan because I had lost my front door key. He was able to pick the back door lock, allowing me to enter the property and get the back door key inside. It was icy temperatures and my cat was waiting impatiently inside for his food and medication. I was very grateful that Jordan arrived so quickly and worked so efficiently. Tom is extremely kind, prompt, and thorough in his locksmith work - I can't recommend him more highly! Used Tom numerous times. He’s changed all my locks to high security locks, fitted new garage locks when I lost my keys, sorted my sticking patio doors and changed handle on my front door when it went faulty. I've used Tom previously when my front door was insecure came out same day put me at ease and the cheapest price by far. Contacted him today as my elderley parent was concerned as next door had car stolen broken into house and accessed via my parents garden, contacted Tom and he went to secure the house. I was having issues with my Skoda Octavia key fob — even after replacing the battery, it still wouldn’t lock or unlock the car.
