Nick from Dr Lock, "Amazing Lock Repair" Nick did an amazing job, he changed my main lock as it had broken, he even managed to fix a key that was broken on my Yale lock (which I hadn’t used for years), he was very efficient in cutting a new key and restoring that additional lock, which adds that additional security to my house. He answered the telephone call straight away, and came when he advised he would. - He went above and beyond with his service offer, he is reliable character with a. 5* service. We were unable to lock our front door but fortunately found Nick online. He abandoned his dog walk for us and arrived within 45 mins. Brilliant response time to a ‘locked myself out’ distress call. Whilst I was extremely stressed (had to leave him to pick my dog up from the groomers) he stayed calm and working. All sorted via drilling old lock and fitting a new one, within an hour: perfect!

We had quite a number of windows which had issues from broken window locks which stopped me from open windows or locking them and to windows that did not close properly. Chris came over to give us a quote and fortunately he checked our other windows and found 4 more windows that had issues that needed to be fixed else we would have had to call him out again. He was really helpful and informative by giving us a quote which was really competitive and booking a day convenient for us. He was really quick at fixing them especially the ones that needed new hinges and providing helpful information in regards to maintaining the windows afterwards. Came to replace lock on bedroom door. Unfortunately poor quality lock had been installed previously (not by Matt) which did cause some issues but Matt took the time to fix this issue which wasn't straight forward. Can't fault his work, turned up on time on both visits and was polite and professional. Highly recommended him as a locksmith and will certainly use again if I should ever need his services again.

Can’t recommend enough! Came to help at really short notice, whilst the weather was freezing and roads covered in snow, after my elderly mother had locked her car keys inside her car (with the engine running). Great guy, got in touch, explained my situation. He confidently said he would be able to help me when others i phoned sounded unsure. He was 40 minutes away. Turned up bang on time. Fantastic shop! I found them after my home had an attempted break-in. I looked up Ultion locks and Olympic Lock & Safeguards were my local authorised stockist. I found them to be very friendly and helpful, and they fully explained to me how to fit the new lock. Once back home, it took me less than 10 mins to do, thanks to their help and advice.
