I certainly recommend Lockforce locksmiths. I have called them out twice now and both times Damon has replaced locks for me on the front door and on an interior door where the lock had broken completely. He is very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.

Recently had a major problem with a very complicated and expensive lock and door system. On contacting Billy, who was on the school run, he advised me what to do whilst I awaited his arrival. He arrived quickly and after taking a long time to carefully dismantle the door locking system and replacing a temporary lock, so our home remained secured. He took the damaged parts away, returning quickly and refitted the complex system efficiently and quickly. Billy then serviced our back door which had a similar system, in order to maintain our security and avoid a similar future situation. I was pleasantly shocked at the price quoted as it came a long way below what I was expecting. A truly professional Master Locksmith, efficient, helpful and polite - as the price was so low he will be highly recommended to our many landlord friends who need a quality service at a very reasonable price. Billy was polite, extremely helpful when I called and arrived in an hour as promised. He informed and showed me what was the problem and fitted a new cylinder and spring, and wiped the door clean of oil smear. The price was great as I was stressing it would be a fortune. Searching for a local lock smith felt like a bit of a mine field and I wasn’t sure who was truly trustworthy but it’s easy to see why Lancashire Lock & Safe has had such a long history, with so many 5 star reviews. Superb service- had to arrange a new key whilst I was abroad at 4pm on a Friday night to be able to drive home at 10pm. The whole thing arranged over text, met at the agreed time and was on the move within 15 minutes. Great customer service, easy to work with and great attitude to helping me out! I would absolutely recommend. Not in hurry to need the service again but have the number saved.

Hughie went above and beyond for us today after the one and only key fob we had for our delivery vehicle failed and we were locked out of it. Called in twice when I was having a problem with the lock on my car. First time, they tried to sort a new key, but unfortunately it didn't work so they didn't charge me, actually giving me a refund of what I'd paid for the key. Then after I'd had the lock taken out of the door, I took it into the shop. He rebuilt the lock and issued me with a new key that worked, all at an extremely reasonable cost. And what's more, he'd done it within an hour, something I definitely wasn't expecting. I would definitely recommend them. Excellent, friendly, prompt service that doesn't fleece you!
