I had two steering lock keys. After l lost one l had to stop using my steering lock. I went to too many places asking them to make me an another key but they all told me they could not cut such keys. I even went to halfords and they could not help. Just as l was about to give up and give in to buying a new steering lock. I came across Jumbo hardware and keys. I went into the store and within 15 minutes l was walking away with a spare key. No need to buy a new steering lock. These guys can cut any keys. They saved me money and made every lock so easy. Highly recommend. Good customer service as well.

I had an excellent experience with this locksmith when I needed a copy of my home keys. Despite it being a Sunday evening and the shop closing at 6pm, the locksmith was incredibly patient and professional. He made sure to take the time to carefully duplicate my keys, even though it was getting close to closing time. I truly appreciated his courteous service and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything was done properly. It’s rare to find such dedicated and customer-focused service, especially on a Sunday! Also, they do all kinds of job, from locksmith to topping up bills. Cz' it's not just a shop for keys but also a Hardware shop. Highly recommend this Hardware shop for anyone in need of reliable and friendly service.

I recently received fantastic service from Access Lock and Safe. My toddler put a small window key in to my front door lock which I couldn’t get out. I phoned Andy at Access Lock and Safe, he said they were extremely busy dealing with several break-in’s that had happened the night before, however he had one of his guys round the corner from my house who was just finishing another job. So he arranged for him to come straight to my house and he managed to get the window key out in 2 seconds using his lock picking tools.

Just want to say thank you to Adam at Access Lock and Safe Monton - after I got locked in due to a broken interior door handle. He managed to get the door open without damaging it and fitted me a new handle at short notice. Managed to get locked out of my house on a Saturday morning. Lee came very quickly (within 30 mins of calling) to come and replace the lock. He was a really nice guy and did a great job of removing the lock without damaging the door. Reasonable price for such short notice! New lock came with 5 new keys too. All in all, great service! I text James in the morning and he confirmed he could get to me by noon that day which he did promptly. Pretty quickly sized up the issue i had, then went on to examine the rest of the patio doors and made some further adjustments - now the door operates much better than before. He also offered to check out the front door, which required just a just a bit of lube, but i liked he showed some initiative and looked for other issues to fix whilst he was here. Very polite and friendly, well worth the money.

James comes highly recommended. Great service: he repaired an existing lock rather than simply (and more expensively) replacing it, and also explained exactly what he had done in fitting a new lock so I could be confident with talking to the insurance company.
