I had reason to need a locksmith whilst away from home to fix a front door lock on our home. I spoke to James via telephone and he said he would go and check it out and phone me back. He was as good as his word and did what he said he would do and followed it. He explained the problem to me answered any questions I had and was very reassuring. He was very reasonable in price too. I text James in the morning and he confirmed he could get to me by noon that day which he did promptly. Pretty quickly sized up the issue i had, then went on to examine the rest of the patio doors and made some further adjustments - now the door operates much better than before. He also offered to check out the front door, which required just a just a bit of lube, but i liked he showed some initiative and looked for other issues to fix whilst he was here. Very polite and friendly, well worth the money.

Managed to get locked out of my house on a Saturday morning. Lee came very quickly (within 30 mins of calling) to come and replace the lock. He was a really nice guy and did a great job of removing the lock without damaging the door. Reasonable price for such short notice! New lock came with 5 new keys too. All in all, great service! Would definitely recommend!

I recently received fantastic service from Access Lock and Safe. My toddler put a small window key in to my front door lock which I couldn’t get out. I phoned Andy at Access Lock and Safe, he said they were extremely busy dealing with several break-in’s that had happened the night before, however he had one of his guys round the corner from my house who was just finishing another job. So he arranged for him to come straight to my house and he managed to get the window key out in 2 seconds using his lock picking tools.

Absolutely amazing services from these guys. Would definitely recommend these guys again. After having my handbag stolen with my keys in it, these guys came out speedily and got me back into my house. What was already a stressful situation for me, was made easier by their calmness and not putting pressure on me to find money there and then as my bank cards were also stolen. Just want to say thank you to Adam at Access Lock and Safe Monton - after I got locked in due to a broken interior door handle. He managed to get the door open without damaging it and fitted me a new handle at short notice. I had an excellent experience with this locksmith when I needed a copy of my home keys. Despite it being a Sunday evening and the shop closing at 6pm, the locksmith was incredibly patient and professional. He made sure to take the time to carefully duplicate my keys, even though it was getting close to closing time. Amazing service Always gives a good price

I had two steering lock keys. After l lost one l had to stop using my steering lock. I went to too many places asking them to make me an another key but they all told me they could not cut such keys. I even went to halfords and they could not help. Just as l was about to give up and give in to buying a new steering lock. I came across Jumbo hardware and keys. I went into the store and within 15 minutes l was walking away with a spare key. No need to buy a new steering lock. These guys can cut any keys. They saved me money and made every lock so easy. Highly recommend. Good customer service as well.
