My front door wasn’t locking. Billy asked me lots of questions over the phone and gave me his initial thoughts. He arrived promptly the next day as arranged, sorted the problem out quickly and gave advice on future usage. He even realigned the bolt on my garden gate for me while he was here! Billy was polite, extremely helpful when I called and arrived in an hour as promised. He informed and showed me what was the problem and fitted a new cylinder and spring, and wiped the door clean of oil smear. The price was great as I was stressing it would be a fortune. Fantastic Service from start to finish. Needed a locksmith as my key was stuck in lock. Rang Matt who came within 20 mins despite being full of a cold. Swapped the barrel in no time, sorted the patio door out too and was very reasonable with the bill. Nice guy and highly recommended. Thank you .

Came to replace lock on bedroom door. Unfortunately poor quality lock had been installed previously (not by Matt) which did cause some issues but Matt took the time to fix this issue which wasn't straight forward. Can't fault his work, turned up on time on both visits and was polite and professional. Highly recommended him as a locksmith and will certainly use again if I should ever need his services again.

Chris provided an absolutely brilliant service and he went out of his way to resolve the problem with our bi-folding doors which wouldn't shut until Chris re-aligned them. It was a difficult job and other tradesmen failed to sort out the doors but Chris did it! ⭐️He also fitted some thumb turn locks that I'm very pleased with. I lost my door keys and was unable to use my front door. I called CJW locksmiths and he managed to book me in a Couple of days later. Fantastic shop! I found them after my home had an attempted break-in. I looked up Ultion locks and Olympic Lock & Safeguards were my local authorised stockist. I found them to be very friendly and helpful, and they fully explained to me how to fit the new lock. Once back home, it took me less than 10 mins to do, thanks to their help and advice. My bedroom door needed a certain bolt-through latch, but i wasn't sure where to go for a good one nor to find someone who can install it for me. at approximately 3:10 p.m., i called them. and they immediately dispatched their team and arrived at my place that's along the sweet green tavern, they not only had what i wanted, but they also suggested an improved version. i won't go for anyone else because of their unrivaled door lock quality and advice!
