I had an excellent experience with this locksmith when I needed a copy of my home keys. Despite it being a Sunday evening and the shop closing at 6pm, the locksmith was incredibly patient and professional. He made sure to take the time to carefully duplicate my keys, even though it was getting close to closing time. I truly appreciated his courteous service and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything was done properly. It’s rare to find such dedicated and customer-focused service, especially on a Sunday! Also, they do all kinds of job, from locksmith to topping up bills. Cz' it's not just a shop for keys but also a Hardware shop. Highly recommend this Hardware shop for anyone in need of reliable and friendly service.

I had two steering lock keys. After l lost one l had to stop using my steering lock. I went to too many places asking them to make me an another key but they all told me they could not cut such keys. I even went to halfords and they could not help. Just as l was about to give up and give in to buying a new steering lock. I came across Jumbo hardware and keys. I went into the store and within 15 minutes l was walking away with a spare key. No need to buy a new steering lock. These guys can cut any keys. They saved me money and made every lock so easy. Highly recommend. Good customer service as well.

I had reason to need a locksmith whilst away from home to fix a front door lock on our home. I spoke to James via telephone and he said he would go and check it out and phone me back. He was as good as his word and did what he said he would do and followed it. He explained the problem to me answered any questions I had and was very reassuring. He was very reasonable in price too. I text James in the morning and he confirmed he could get to me by noon that day which he did promptly. Pretty quickly sized up the issue i had, then went on to examine the rest of the patio doors and made some further adjustments - now the door operates much better than before. He also offered to check out the front door, which required just a just a bit of lube, but i liked he showed some initiative and looked for other issues to fix whilst he was here. Very polite and friendly, well worth the money.

James comes highly recommended. Great service: he repaired an existing lock rather than simply (and more expensively) replacing it, and also explained exactly what he had done in fitting a new lock so I could be confident with talking to the insurance company. Good communications, reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use him again, and would happily recommend him to friends and family.

Managed to get locked out of my house on a Saturday morning. Lee came very quickly (within 30 mins of calling) to come and replace the lock. He was a really nice guy and did a great job of removing the lock without damaging the door. Reasonable price for such short notice! New lock came with 5 new keys too. All in all, great service! I went to Arc with what I thought was a broken exterior door lock that needed replacing and came out with the same lock working perfectly. Bob explained why the lock "broke" the night before (we had to call out an emergency locksmith to gain entry into the house) and how to easily fix it if it "broke" again. All free of charge. Excellent service from Bob and his colleague - polite, friendly and very helpful. I can't rate Arc highly enough.

Fantastic Service from start to finish. Messaged Billy regarding our patio door/lock being broken as well as our front door sticking, he provide an estimate for the jobs, which were reasonable and booked us in shortly after. The work he and his colleague provided was great. They got to work quickly fixing both issues with no hassle at all and did a fab job cleaning up. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Billy was polite, extremely helpful when I called and arrived in an hour as promised. He informed and showed me what was the problem and fitted a new cylinder and spring, and wiped the door clean of oil smear. The price was great as I was stressing it would be a fortune. Andrew came within the expected time and he went above and beyond in repairing the job. I was really impressed with the service and their honesty, I had attempted to fix the problem myself before contacting them.
