I had reason to need a locksmith whilst away from home to fix a front door lock on our home. I spoke to James via telephone and he said he would go and check it out and phone me back. He was as good as his word and did what he said he would do and followed it. He explained the problem to me answered any questions I had and was very reassuring. He was very reasonable in price too. I cannot recommend him enough his competance honestly and decency was to be admired . Thanks James

James comes highly recommended. Great service: he repaired an existing lock rather than simply (and more expensively) replacing it, and also explained exactly what he had done in fitting a new lock so I could be confident with talking to the insurance company. Good communications, reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use him again, and would happily recommend him to friends and family.

I text James in the morning and he confirmed he could get to me by noon that day which he did promptly. Pretty quickly sized up the issue i had, then went on to examine the rest of the patio doors and made some further adjustments - now the door operates much better than before. He also offered to check out the front door, which required just a just a bit of lube, but i liked he showed some initiative and looked for other issues to fix whilst he was here. Very polite and friendly, well worth the money.

I wanted to change my upvc back door locks so that instead of having to lift the lever to engage the locks it would always lock as I closed it behind me and would need a key to reopen it. Guardian were able to source and replace the whole locking bar system with a new one for me despite the door being about 30 years old. I am delighted with the result and the price I paid was very reasonable in my opinion. I'd recommend Guardian where you will get a warm, professional service and their knowledge means you get the right advice to solve your problem. I expected to have to buy a new door but this has saved me £££.

Excellent service 👌 Contacted Paul for two replacement fobs on my car and partners van on the Thursday . He come out on a Saturday which he doesn't normally do. Had the fobs made within 10/15 minutes. Also needed a spare key for my car as it didn't have one. This one was very tricky as the car had been broken into. Paul tried and tried but unfortunately the lock was to damaged and the barrel needed changing all together. Paul showed us what we needed, how to do this and even had a look at home if he had a replacement. Excellent service. Highly recommend 👌

I rang after I was locked out of my car after a 12 hour shift early in the morning. He was very kind and understanding of my situation and agreed to come out, he was further away than I realised but still came and was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!! The car key was in the ignition and had gotten locked in the car due to faulty electrics. I rang Paul, got a quote there and then and he was with us within 2 hours, job sorted. He responded to my WhatsApp message very quickly and kept in contact with me regarding the time of his arrival. The job was quickly sorted and no mess made to the car or lock. Far cheaper and quicker than AAs quote of a 3 day wait!

What a great guy Remi is. Needed a new ignition barrel, and this was all done and sorted within 1 day. The price was almost half what I had been quoted from other places. Contacted Martin 23.12.24 many places closed not responding. Took car up to Train and Martin checked the batteries in the key fob. He then gave me comprehensive advice as to what to do next. I would have been at the mercy of many! Martin did not want a penny for any of this. Really pleasant, professional, and willing to help. Thoroughly recommend.

Did a level 3 auto locksmithing course with Train and it was really good. The instructors are very, very knowledgable and supportive. I can now do EEPROM, cloning, programming and vehicle entry confidently. I used my final ELC credit from the RAF and I have no regrets.
