Rob and his team designed and installed our garden. (50k -75k project) His initial designs were superb and he took feedback where we wanted changes and used his knowledge and creativeness to make those changes work in our space. Rob and his teams attention to detail throughout the project was exceptional. He truly cares about the end product and he’s continually analysing his own work to look for improvements or faults and he’s quick to rectify them when he finds them. We couldn’t be happier with our project that rob has delivered. His team are superb and collectively I’d happily give them a 10/10.

We recently had WM Exteriors redo the landscaping in our garden after a badly botched job from another landscaper. Rob and his team were absolutely fantastic and I can’t thank them enough. They are one of the best teams of tradespeople that we have ever had - highly skilled, meticulous attention to detail, clean and tidy and really nice people to top it off. They genuinely care about the quality of the work they do and they have left us with a beautiful garden that we are thrilled with. Absolutely brilliant- well done and sincere thanks for a great job. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Right from the design stage, we were massively impressed by Rob and his creativity. We’ve really enjoyed having him and his team on-site. They were all a pleasure to deal with and we miss having them here. Needless to say that we couldn’t be happier with the project. We had a full driveway, side alley and back garden completely re-done. It is now an amazing space that we can enjoy with our two children. I haven’t already shared Rob’s details to many friends and family who want something special for their outside space.

Can't praise Rob, Jason, Luke and Chip highly enough. We really didn't know exactly what we wanted our garden to look like, but from the first visit, Rob was happy to accommodate our thoughts and to supplement them with some ideas of his own that we could think about. He then went away and drew a 3D design of the garden and was happy to revise it according to our feedback and budget. We went through 4 revisions of the design process, with either some dramatic changes or tweaking at each stage. At each stage Rob would create a new drawing and was more than happy to answer our queries by email or even discuss our feedback on the designs by zoom meeting! Nothing was too much trouble. Once we had agreed to the design and costings, Rob was brilliant with communication at each stage and the team were prompt each morning. They worked like trojans for the best part of 3 weeks on our project transforming our garden from 'a bit of a mess' to 'picture perfect'. They were thorough, paid attention to detail and went above and beyond the spec at times too, relocating drain down pipes, adding a few limestone slabs in areas that weren't in the brief, leaving me with paint, sealant and a brush, so that if I ever needed to touch up any scuffs I could do. They even moved some timber that I couldn't move on my own when I asked them! They are polite, good humoured fellas, and I'll miss them being on site to be honest. You won't be disappointed with Rob and the team at WM Exteriors. I've already got neighbours asking for their details, and when we've saved up, we need our front doing too!

Euan is very busy and I had to wait almost 3 months until he could fit me in- it really was worth the wait. Euan turns up when he says he will, he provides detailed quotes with everything itemised. He has an excellent online communication set up that is so easy to use. Euan is a hard worker who responded positively to additions and changes to my original plan. These changes resulted in my final detailed invoice being significantly lower than the original quote, which I was delighted with. Euan knows his stuff and has an eye for detail and I am so happy with the result. It was only a small project but it has made my garden much easier for me to manage, and it looks so good. I highly recommend Old River Natural Garden Services.

Alistair and team have been fantastic, very knowledgable and professional at all times. They have even removed all plants that are potentially harmful to children and dogs that I wasn’t aware of and educated my daughter on a variety of plants and growing vegetables, which she now loves.
