Mike was extremely professional when we got in contact for a quote. We provided our idea to him and him and his team made it come to life. We were given a project manager Ray who was very polite and easily contactable nothing was ever too much. The 2 guys who worked on the garden were a pleasure very polite and got on with the job working very hard every day. They also had a very keen eye for detail and if something wasn’t quite right they stopped and started it again to get it right rather then hiding it or saying that will do. Absolutely fantastic workmanship from them. We had an issue with a neighbour who was not happy with what we were having done however Ray pointed out the legalities in what we can and can’t have done to put our minds at rest. From start to finish everyone who dealt with us was polite and nothing was ever too much. The finished garden is absolutely wonderful and everyone who has seen it has commented on how well everything looks done. The price was very reasonable and was the same as many other companies we approached. Would highly recommend Prime for your landscaping needs.

Euan is very busy and I had to wait almost 3 months until he could fit me in- it really was worth the wait. Euan turns up when he says he will, he provides detailed quotes with everything itemised. He has an excellent online communication set up that is so easy to use. Euan is a hard worker who responded positively to additions and changes to my original plan. These changes resulted in my final detailed invoice being significantly lower than the original quote, which I was delighted with. Euan knows his stuff and has an eye for detail and I am so happy with the result. It was only a small project but it has made my garden much easier for me to manage, and it looks so good. The area in front of our conservatory was a tricky area. We couldn't work out how to get it looking good so had sadly left it in a state. Martyn came and gave us some options and we agreed a way forward. May not be obvious in the photos but the land slopes down to the driveway and also up towards the house which makes the work tricky. They removed 2 lots of edging which were a trip hazard and added some steps finally to our conservatory, great! All in all the area is now looking great. 😀 We were kept up-to-date throughout the works. The lads were polite and worked hard. Would use them again. 👍 Before and after photos

Just had Dean round to sort out the back of our garden where we ripped down an old shed and we just didn't know where to start. The area was just awful. Four days later and it's been completely transformed. Genuinely don't know how he did it. Absolutely brilliant. Cannot recommend him enough

Dean has just transformed our backyard. Looks so much brighter for a start! He works hard, he explanins what he is doing and why & if he doesn't think something you want is a good idea, he will explain exactly why but leave the decision up to you. He has coped with slopes, weird end bits on fencing & other quirks of a terraced house backyard. Short version- he knows what he's doing & he's good at it. Recommend him 100%.

Had this company come round and re flag my back yard which was severely bogged and water logged don't know how they managed to do it they've done an absolutely amazing job would definitely recommend to anybody I would like to say thank you to Brendan and his team

Called the firm as my main shower switch button was gone they said half hour but came with in 10 minutes fast response when they came had a look at it they told me what was wrong as the main switch plug was melted and very lucky it didn’t catch fire so they went and got me a new one came back with in minutes and sorted it out, very good manners and professional also good price to what I was quoted by 3-4 other people went straight in told me what I needed and what was wrong was done with in 15 minutes would highly recommend them and I would definitely be using them again in the future

Brilliant service from Jack at PNS - only a relatively small job (new kerb stones / paving) but done quickly, efficiently and at a really competitive price. We'll definitely be using PNS again in future when we need bigger jobs doing.
