Jo has done a fantastic job taking care of our gardens for a number of years, she has really good knowledge of plants, garden design & maintenance. Jo has designed & planted beds, replaced plants with more appropriate ones in others and made sure that shrubs are pruned at the right times (whereas I would no doubt have killed them). I'd recommend Jo without hesitation.

I was quick to book Jo for a garden consultation. My situation was that I wanted to understand my garden more and to be able to do things myself to really make the most of the space and plants. I was totally clueless and had loads of questions/concerns, so a consultation was exactly what I needed. I'd never seen this kind of service offered before, and it sounded perfect. I wasn't interested in having someone come to measure up for decking or paving and show me samples - I needed someone to come and talk to me about the natural aspects of my garden. Jo's initial advice meant we could actually start getting stuck in straight away (we even did a few things under her kind supervision whilst she was still with us). The icing on the cake is that a week later, we had a full report containing links, resources, ideas and guidance so that we could work through it step by step and at our own pace. We've slowly but surely been implementing everything (easier than we actually thought), and it's really making a positive difference to our garden. Jo's honestly turned things around for us - and educated and inspired us along the way! She doesn't just understand your garden - she gets to know your lifestyle, too, and that makes all the difference in what she tailors for your report. Bring on Spring and a host of gardening activities that even our little girl can get stuck in with!!

Jo visited us to view our garden for potential plans and ideas. She was extremely meticulous, patient and detailed in her questioning of what our needs and wants were. Everything that we could think of was covered. Her consultation report and summary including pictures comfirmed her initial meticulous questioning as the report was full of ideas, points to consider, recommendations with alternative options and safety aspects. A brilliant and highly recommended service.

We asked Jo to help us with some areas of our garden that had become overgrown and advise us how to re-landscape and re-plant these areas. She listened carefully to what we wanted, and then produced a highly detailed report with suggestions of plants, plant maintenance, landscaping ideas, suppliers and recommended contractors. We highly recommend Jo; throughout the process she was professional and easy to communicate with and we are excited to start putting her ideas into practice.

John and Mark were excellent from start to finish. Well priced, very high standards, and gave good advice in what was a tricky landscaping project. Both are great lads too. Would highly recommend.

Jordan and his team did an absolutely fantastic job landscaping our garden! The garden was completely overgrown and needed a lot of work. They stripped the whole thing back and then landscaped using lawn, stone, bark and some flower beds. We are very pleased with the results and will be using JDK garden services to maintain our garden going forward. Would definitely recommend!

I got Jordan in to clear a large raised bed that was absolutely full of invasive weeds and brambles. He turned up early and spent the day solidly working and by the end the area looked amazing. All the weeds were gone and the soil ready for planting. He also gave me some great advice for what to plant there to keep the weeds at bay. He was really knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. I’ll definitely be getting him back to help me on the rest of the garden!

Jordan did a fantastic job completely transforming my front garden and tidying up the back garden. It was great to discuss options and possibilities with him. He is knowledgeable and understood what I wanted as a client as well as thinking creatively about the space. Josh was amazing. We had our old drive taken up and replaced with porous asphalt and then made another new driveway ok the side of our house. Josh was really fast and tidy, and all the neighbours commented on how great the drive was and how hard josh worked in pretty wintery conditions. I would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely fantastic workmanship. I’ve never seen anyone work so hard and deliver such a highly professional finish. Arrived on time every day and was really organised - materials arrived and were deployed with almost military precision and with minimum mess. Josh installed decking, drainage, paving and prepared a new lawn all with an immaculate finish. Can highly recommend his company.

Alistair did a fantastic job tidying up my back garden, cutting the hedge and cutting back overgrown trees, ivy and bramble. Looks brilliant when finished. Everything tidied up, great communication throughout. Will definitely use Alistair again. He is also very knowledgeable.

Brilliant. Don’t look any further. We found Alistair early last year and we cannot thank him enough for his hard work and, more importantly, his advice. The work we initially required was just to take on some of the difficult manual labour required to stay on top of our medium/large garden. We didn’t think it would be anything more than a one time deal. However, after seeing the benefits, we changed our minds. We’ve had Salford Gardening come to help now five or six times over the past 18 months, doing everything from weeding and general upkeep through to mulching and cutting back tree branches where necessary. Alistair’s worked in all weathers - mild May sunshine, extreme heat in 2022 summer, cold rain in October, frost again in late winter/early spring and never once has he complained about the conditions. My only reluctancy in writing a review like this is you’ll be more organised and take his time before I can book in again in the future 😂 Alister’s always offered great advice and gone above and beyond to share tips. The garden looks better for having Alistair come round and I look forward to seeing how he is able to help us improve upon what we are lucky to have in our garden.

Impressed at the level of knowledge and expertise these guys have. And truly appreciate the quality of work done to bring our garden into order, and advise given for follow up, after a combination of weather and busy schedules left it unattended all year. Hedge shaped and even, lawn triple-cut, and beds weeded without removing cultivated plants. Before and after shots provided. Worth every penny and confident to use them regularly in future.

I had a lawn that had been turfed a year or two ago by another landscaping company and was extremely patchy. I contacted Lee who came out and not only inspected the lawn but more importantly (in my opinion) discussed with me the issues that may have caused the problem. He drafted up a quote that he felt would address the problem which I agreed to. When carrying out the work, Lee was extremely professional, turning up on time and telling me what he was going to do and set my expectations. The thing I liked most was that when the work was completed, he left me with written instructions on how to care for my lawn and asked if he could call me in a couple of weeks to check if the seed that he laid down was growing as expected (which he did). 6 weeks after his initial visit the lawn is looking the best it has done we moved in and the offer of phone support is still there. I can't recommend Country Landscapes Ltd enough, thank you Lee for all your help. I will be using you again!

Fantastic job. My back garden was in a bad state, jungle is understatement. These guys did a fantastic job of clearing and tidying. My only wish I had funds to do more at it but funds won't allow, but it's tidy and clear and I have sunlight back in my garden. Guys also have done my 2 front lawns, again a brill job.
