We had the pleasure of having Jay come out to our house during an emergency, and he went above and beyond to help us. Even with it being Christmas Eve, he came and made sure everything was taken care of. Jay was incredibly thorough, explaining each step of the process with great detail. His professionalism was outstanding, and we couldn't fault his work in any way. After completing the job, he even took the time to provide us with some quotes for some future projects.
