Extremely pleased with everything done by Mark. First class work fitting new kitchen cabinets and worktops. He made another bespoke cabinet to match. He fitted a water heater and sink with their associated plumbing. Refitted washing machine and dishwasher. Considerable care was taken to ensure everything aligned; including fitting the worktops against an uneven wall. Coordinated and arranged for an electrician to install new power cables. Everything done was to the highest standards. A reliable, honest, pleasant and very hard working kitchen fitter. Highly recommended.

Mark has been nothing short of a lifesaver over the last year. I first contacted Mark to fix creaky stairs. A quote I had from someone else was over the top and over zealous. Mark came and gave a reasonable quote along with immediate reassurance. He came and silenced the noisy stairs and so I asked him to supply and fit new internal doors. Also perfect job. Following renovation works I had competed by a builder who turned out to be cowboys, I contacted Mark to complete the carpentry works. I didn’t need to say much and immediately he knew exactly what I needed/wanted. He fitted under stairs doors and shoe drawers, pocket doors, sliding doors and all the skirting boards. I’m kind of gutted that I don’t have more jobs for Mark to do as he’s genuinely a nice guy and immaculate with his work.

Mark did a fantastic job from start to finish. He coordinated everything I needed to make my kitchen perfect. He gave great advice, kept in regular touch, turned up on time. He sorted out glitches with bits of the kitchen that needed replacement (the kitchen company’s fault not his) and was really professional. I now have the kitchen I’ve always wanted. I’d recommend Hawthorn Joinery in a heartbeat and will definitely ask them to help with future work that needs doing.

What can I say Jordan has done an absolutely amazing job for us , worked closely with us throughout in terms of making our somewhat quirky design choices come to life. The finish is exceptional, probably better than we could have imagined. Great communication throughout the work and left the place as tidy as when he started. I would without a second thought heartily recommend Jordan's quality workmanship to anyone (even though it may mean a bigger wait for our next project..it will be absolutely worth it.) Can’t rate Jordan’s work and communication highly enough. He has absolutely transformed our lounge with the shelving he has designed and fitted (requested a larger base to support our tv and he managed it without it looking monstrous). Everyone that visits is wowed by the work he has done. It was such a pleasure to deal with Jordan, that I asked him back to redo my sons wardrobes and shelves. Again impeccable, speedy work with great comms. He’s also just a really friendly, genuine guy.

Mark fitted a beautiful composite decking. The service was fantastic always on time, polite and friendly but the workmanship was of a very high standard. Pat and the team completed an extensive renovation on our basement, including a complex underpinning of the house, build of a large shower room, utility room, office and bedroom, relocation and installation of a new boiler and a rewiring which included the installation of data cabling and patching. Pat has done work for me over the last 10 years and he is quite simply the only person I would trust to work on my house. The one time I did not use him (because he was busy) he had to come and sort out the mess left behind by the previous builder. Might not be the cheapest BUT you get what you pay for. Always listens to what you want, makes suggestions and is a really nice guy.
