I had a large toilet room converted into a small WC and office - I honestly can't fault Andy and the team - they arrived when they said they would, same time every day until they got the job done - they didn't stop at what I asked for, they made suggestions of extra details I had overlooked and took great care over everything they did! I felt at ease with them in the house - Absolutely made up!

Had an interior wall built and 2 new doors by Dave and Bobby earlier in the year after a recommendation from my Mother. Really happy with everything and they were a great chaps. Contacted new lease to get a quote for some joinery work. Turned up when he said he would - which is rare for trades people these days. Very reasonable price. Booked the work in, completed to a high standard within the expected timeframe and left the property clean/tidy. Would happily recommend and will be using again for any further work.

Had a bad leak and the plumber had to rip up my landing floor and left it in a mess. I rang to see if New Lease could do anything but they were busy. When I explained that I had mobility issues and struggling they came and had a look, could see the problem i faced and they found time to come a fit a whole new floor. They were efficient and tidy and did an amazing job. They were very reasonable too.

Dave was recommended to us to fit a new staircase balustrade to modernise our previous 70's staircase. The quality of his workmanship was excellent, and we were more than happy with the final result which looks fabulous. See before and after photos below. Luke has transformed old cupboard space in one of our bedrooms, into a very usable wardrobe and cupboard space. Absolutely delighted with the outcome. We had 3 cottage doors fitted, one with a glaze. We absolutely love them! Very happy with the service from Ark Joinery, he was punctual, friendly and very reasonably priced.
