Mark came recommended to us and thank goodness he did. He made the planning and fit of our new kitchen hassle free. Professional yet friendly, stayed late a number of times and coordinated with electrician and plumber to ensure smooth running throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to use his services again!

Mark has been nothing short of a lifesaver over the last year. I first contacted Mark to fix creaky stairs. A quote I had from someone else was over the top and over zealous. Mark came and gave a reasonable quote along with immediate reassurance. He came and silenced the noisy stairs and so I asked him to supply and fit new internal doors. Also perfect job. Following renovation works I had competed by a builder who turned out to be cowboys, I contacted Mark to complete the carpentry works. I didn’t need to say much and immediately he knew exactly what I needed/wanted. He fitted under stairs doors and shoe drawers, pocket doors, sliding doors and all the skirting boards. I’m kind of gutted that I don’t have more jobs for Mark to do as he’s genuinely a nice guy and immaculate with his work.

Extremely pleased with everything done by Mark. First class work fitting new kitchen cabinets and worktops. He made another bespoke cabinet to match. He fitted a water heater and sink with their associated plumbing. Refitted washing machine and dishwasher. Considerable care was taken to ensure everything aligned; including fitting the worktops against an uneven wall. Coordinated and arranged for an electrician to install new power cables. Everything done was to the highest standards. A reliable, honest, pleasant and very hard working kitchen fitter. Highly recommended.

Can’t rate Jordan’s work and communication highly enough. He has absolutely transformed our lounge with the shelving he has designed and fitted (requested a larger base to support our tv and he managed it without it looking monstrous). Everyone that visits is wowed by the work he has done. It was such a pleasure to deal with Jordan, that I asked him back to redo my sons wardrobes and shelves. Again impeccable, speedy work with great comms. He’s also just a really friendly, genuine guy.

What can I say Jordan has done an absolutely amazing job for us , worked closely with us throughout in terms of making our somewhat quirky design choices come to life. The finish is exceptional, probably better than we could have imagined. Great communication throughout the work and left the place as tidy as when he started. I would without a second thought heartily recommend Jordan's quality workmanship to anyone (even though it may mean a bigger wait for our next project..it will be absolutely worth it.) After having finalfix do our kitchen remodel and wider house renovation, I can’t recommend them enough. From the outset, from meeting Tim, through to Howard and latterly John, they led the phases brilliantly and the wider team were also fantastic. Not had any work done by this Company but met David earlier today at a timber merchant where I was struggling to load four fence panels into my car. He came over to me offering to help, then he asked where I lived and then loaded my panels into his own van and delivered them for me, free of charge, even refusing a tip. My experience with this team was excellent. I asked for a bespoke fire surround with quite a specific look. The finished job is better than I’d hoped for. Also, the care Stewart took when installing it was meticulous and showed how much pride he takes in his work. And rightly so. Photo to come soon!

I am very happy with the work from Shelterstone Carpentry. Karl was a top joiner, he fixed my sliding door that was poorly fitted by another contractor. Given the bad condition of the existing door, he did a great job and now it looks so much better. The workers were competent and professional.

I would highly recommend Manchester Carpentry. I recently had underfloor heating installed and needed the manifold to be boxed in to stop it getting damaged and to make the area look tidier. Arj responded quickly, came out to measure promptly and gave me a competitive quote. The work was done within a week to a high standard. Sam built & fitted a new gate with code lock which is absolutely brilliant. He also fitted garden trellis to an outside wall which looks super. He's a lovely guy & his work is really high quality. Would highly recommend!

I contacted Sam with the possibility of turning a very small alcove in my lounge to an office area with shelving, pull out desk and doors in which you could close it off when not in use. He understood exactly what I wanted and has built the most amazing, solid desk and shelving units. It looks so much better than I thought possible. Sam was quick and efficient. Sam fitted 11 very tricky internal doors as all were different sizes and needed trimming down. Extremely reliable, decently priced and did a great job when we kept getting let down by other joiners.
