Mark fitted a beautiful composite decking. The service was fantastic always on time, polite and friendly but the workmanship was of a very high standard. Nothing was any problem he always checked at each stage that we were happy. It looks amazing looking forward to using it over the summer. I would most definitely recommend Mark.

We really liked the work we saw on Dave's website and asked him to quote for replacing our mahogany staircase with a new oak and glass one. From the first contact with Dave and Katherine, we were impressed by their knowledge, professionalism and clear commitment to create something that would have an immediate impression and be the centrepiece of the hallway. We are so glad we chose them to do the work because the end product is stunning. The process from quotation to completion was highly professional and stress free. They kept us informed throughout, Dave and Jason arrived when they said they would, worked with amazing drive and focus throughout. The quality of their work is superb. They are highly skilled and worked quickly taking almost no time for breaks, even for brews! At the end of each day they cleaned up impeccably so much so that apart from the changes happening you wouldn't have thought any work had happened, they left our hallway in such an excellent condition. The toughened glass took just over a week to arrive and they fitted wooden panels where the glass would go to make the staircase safe until then. With visiting small grandchildren that was important and much appreciated. We have now exactly the staircase we wanted and we love it. The price was fair, the workmanship outstanding, and the communication throughout first class establishing trust and confidence. We would recommend Dave, Katherine (and Jason) with out any hesitation. And we we will certainly use them again for future projects. Our best experience involving major work without a doubt.

Highly rated and brilliant job from David. We’d been designing and thinking about plywood storage for a few years and David gave us a competitive quotation. He was on time, professional, quiet and methodical, also a self confessed perfectionist. He was also polite, pleasant trustworthy and clean. David have some clever ideas and also listened to our ideas during installation as we altered some bits and pieces. He also suggested removable shelving and importantly designed and built a section to house our washing machine and boiler, which will still allow us to service or remove them easily by removing some of that section. Overall, if we could give 10 stars we would. If you need a skilled cabinet maker, defiantly give David serious consideration when looking at options. He’s 20+ years skilled in shop-fitting and cabinet making so should be able to do most challenging jobs, as was ours.

We have just had our bespoke alcove unit designed, made and fitted by Dave. Katherine and Dave came to see us to get an idea of what we wanted and then from there to the installation any queries I had were answered promptly and nothing was to much trouble. Dave’s a great guy and his workmanship is amazing, attention to detail and could not be happier with the whole service and finished product we will see next year for the bedroom design , thank you both. David installed a cupboard in our bathroom. His work was excellent and we asked if he could make a bespoke wardrobe in our bedroom. Attached are the photos of the completed product. David is clearly an expert in his field with great attention to detail. The wardrobe couldn’t have been better. Thank you to David and Katherine, they’re a very reliable and professional couple. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to all our friends.

Can’t rate Jordan’s work and communication highly enough. He has absolutely transformed our lounge with the shelving he has designed and fitted (requested a larger base to support our tv and he managed it without it looking monstrous). Everyone that visits is wowed by the work he has done. It was such a pleasure to deal with Jordan, that I asked him back to redo my sons wardrobes and shelves. Again impeccable, speedy work with great comms. He’s also just a really friendly, genuine guy.

Jordan designed and built cabinets, shelving and desk space for our home office. He had good ideas for the use of the space, his workmanship was high quality and he was very professional. My personal favourite was the space for our coats & shoes! We were so pleased with the results and would recommend him for similar work.

What can I say Jordan has done an absolutely amazing job for us , worked closely with us throughout in terms of making our somewhat quirky design choices come to life. The finish is exceptional, probably better than we could have imagined. Great communication throughout the work and left the place as tidy as when he started. I would without a second thought heartily recommend Jordan's quality workmanship to anyone (even though it may mean a bigger wait for our next project..it will be absolutely worth it.) We previously worked with Phil in our old house and were pleased with his work so got him for our current renovation too. Phil designed and built us an alcove cupboard and shelf and the finish is brilliant. He gave us advice on style including handles and there was good communication throughout. Phil built two lecterns for us to use at Graduation ceremonies, he was extremely detailed and great at communicating to ensure that the design and build was exactly what we needed. Phil is both an excellent craftsman and a great communicator. He sticks to his word, delivers on time, makes sure everything is understood and the customer is happy and will not cut corners - a true professional with attention to detail and a passion for his craft. We tasked him with a complex, multifaceted, awkward cabinet build. Aside from all the normal challenges of fitting fridge cvabinets into a tight space, we also had to run our business around the work schedule and the cabinet doors had a complex cnc pattern on the front that continued across all faces meaning very little room for error or trimming. Phil fitted everything perfectly and got all patterns to line perfectly. Phil is a rare gem, can't recommend highly enough.

Would highly recommend Phil to complete your carpentry project. I messaged with a small job, an oak frame for an oversized footstool. Phil was brilliant. I had the design in my head, I went to his workshop (gorgeous woody smell) with off cuts of oak (recycling important), Phil brought my design to life, used my off cuts and crafted a tactile, strong, elegant frame ready for me to upholster. I would highly recommend Manchester Carpentry. I recently had underfloor heating installed and needed the manifold to be boxed in to stop it getting damaged and to make the area look tidier. Would absolutely recommend Ian, we had nothing in our alcoves and the built in cupboards and shelves have transformed my room. All considerations of the gas meter were taken on board by installing sliding doors. Once painted they were perfect.
