Just had my suite, lounge hall & stairs done this morning by Complete Cleaning Services, they have done an amazing job can’t recommend Matt highly enough, Matt came recommended to us & I am so glad he was.

10/01/2025 Matt did a Great Job on my Aunties House yesterday cleaning all her carpets & 3 piece suite. The suite looked brand new when he finished & smelt really fresh. Booked him to do my carpets has done another great job, would Highley recommend him very reasonable too. Have already passed his number on to a friend tonight.

Had my sofas done. Quick, friendly and professional. Sheets were put down to protect the floor. Reasonably priced. I didn’t think my sofas were that bad. 6 years old, regularly hoovered and always have clean blankets rotated but the colour of the water at the end said differently. They look as good as new and smell amazing.

Ben and David exemplify true professionalism. Their passion and dedication to their work are genuinely admirable, and the commitment they show not only to their team but also to us as a managing agent is exceptional. They consistently go above and beyond, giving us complete confidence that our Tenants are in the best possible hands.

I used their 'end of tenancy' cleaning service. There was good communication throughout and the price was pretty competitive as well. The team arrived right on time and they did a splendid job! A couple of photos attached show how well they cleaned the apartment.

As a letting agency we have worked with The Professional Cleaning Company for several years using them for our end of tenancy cleans and they always do such an amazing job, definitely the best cleaning company we have ever used. Glass hob - spotless (worked magic as there were incredibly stubborn oil splash marks on it) Oven - spotless Bathroom - spotless (You get where I’m going here) Everything was done to a top standard and very impressed. Just had Stan & his team do an after building work/deep clean of carpets at my parents house and it's an outstanding job. They were polite, very thorough and Stan obviously takes great pride in his work... the 40 yr old carpet looks like new! The bathroom is gleaming and mattresses are spotless. I'm just so impressed and highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a great service clean at a fair price by nice people. They deserve 10 stars!

So quick and perfectly cleaned!! I had just moved in to a new place and the oven and carpet in my bedroom were a bit of a nightmare - I knew I needed to have them properly deepcleaned and started searching for the right place. From the pics I saw MHCS looked like the perfect place, and now I get to share my own!!! The oven looks brand new and my carpet looks and smells so clean! It used to have this browning on the edges and a big black spot which are now all gone. Couldn't be happier, they're now my 100% go-tos for this! So friendly and ready in undrr an hour - plus gave me advice on how to keep them safe and clean. Couldn't be happier!

June 20th 2024, a team from Kings Maid paid their first visit to our house. We found them pleasant, efficient and very flexible in terms of the work we asked them to carry out. We were entirely satisfied with the service they provided.

Great company and great service. I work in an AP school we reached out to kingsmaid to come and complete a deep clean of our school I dealt with Patrick over the phone he is always polite and a great help. The clean was perfect handled with care and the staff members was very respectful and a great work effort. the clean was amazing and they even stayed extra time to get everything done, we are so happy we now have a contract with company for a every 2 week clean. always on time and polite when they arrive and provide a great service. highly recommend.

Another cleaning company let me down on the day of my scheduled end of tenancy clean so I called around companies in Manchester and managed to get a clean scheduled for the next morning with this company. I was sent a confirmation email promptly with all the details of my booking confirmed correctly. The next morning, the cleaner called me 30 minutes before he was due to arrive as agreed and arrived at the property at the exact time promised. Both cleaners were courteous and required little from me before they got to work cleaning the house. As agreed, they text me 30 minutes before they were due to leave so I could get back to the property to meet them. I was very impressed with what they managed to achieve in 4 1/2 hours. I was particularly pleased with the carpets considering the stains which were on them previously and the oven looked brand new! I was asked to put on shoe covers before inspecting the house, once satisfied, I paid the cleaners and they went on their way. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this company and this crew in particular. Would definitely use this company again - reliable, prompt, thorough and £60 cheaper than my previous booking! Thank you
