Helen, did an amazing job of our 3 and 2 seater reclining sofas. She was here for almost 2 hour’s giving it a good hoover and then a deep clean. By the time she’d finished it was almost dry and ready to sit on in an hour or so. I would definitely recommend Helen and Carroll’s carpet and upholstery cleaning company.

Helen did a great job of cleaning or dog dirtied couch. Our dogs like to rub up and dome the bag and side of the sofa leaving a dark mark across the back and side. Helen assured me it was easy to remove and surly enough, it has came up great. She even gave the whole thing a good hoover and the dog hairs have gone.... for now haha. Thank you so much Helen, I will definitely recommend you.

Helen did a fantastic job of cleaning our carpets, mats and upholstery. She is very friendly and completely professional, and worked flexibly with us when we had to change dates. I highly recommend her and will be using her again.

I just wanted to give some feedback on the cleaner who is in today, Leanne, she is lovely. Always working with a smile on her face, always says have a nice day offers to open doors when you have a cup in your hand. She just turned my Wednesday hump day frown into a smile. Not sure if we use a contractor but worth letting her employer know they have a gem.

Evans came to our apartment and did an absolutely fantastic job of cleaning the shower cubicle and the oven, hob and extractor hood. He worked non stop. Evans was very pleasant and polite and we are so impressed with his work we have booked him to come back and clean the carpets. Myself husband and doggie met Francis and Evans today for the first time. They are both genuine and hardworking. Evans is the manager. Francis had excellent materials and lots of elbow grease. He left no stone unturned and was cleaning every inch of the kitchen for over 3 hours. Lots of preparation to clear the kitchen out for us but well worth it for the end result. I had two coats dry cleaned and needed them ready for today. I had not booked in advance. Thankfully I was able to drop off at 1:30 and had them back for 3:30. Both coats look brand new, they had stains in them and I was not expecting them to come out looking so clean. I’m very pleased! Amazing service thank you so much for fitting me in last minute :)

Absolutely outstanding service. I wish we had taken a picture of my wedding dress just to show fully how much of a great job these guys did with getting all the stains out. The entire rim of my dress was black. It also had yellow curry and alcohol stains down the front. It looks completely brand new and I am so happy with the result. I got married on 16th November, and literally the week before had a panic as one of the flower girl dresses needed dry cleaning and a bridesmaid dress needed steaming. This was not an issue, and I brought them in and they were ready 3 days before the wedding, I was given advice to make sure that the dresses stayed pristine and I was so happy with the service. Just had Stan & his team do an after building work/deep clean of carpets at my parents house and it's an outstanding job. They were polite, very thorough and Stan obviously takes great pride in his work... the 40 yr old carpet looks like new! The bathroom is gleaming and mattresses are spotless. So quick and perfectly cleaned!! I had just moved in to a new place and the oven and carpet in my bedroom were a bit of a nightmare - I knew I needed to have them properly deepcleaned and started searching for the right place. From the pics I saw MHCS looked like the perfect place, and now I get to share my own!!! The oven looks brand new and my carpet looks and smells so clean! It used to have this browning on the edges and a big black spot which are now all gone. Couldn't be happier, they're now my 100% go-tos for this!
