I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Their prices are incredibly reasonable considering what a thorough and good job they do. My sofas were a mess thanks to my kids and the cat, but now they look brand new and smell amazing just in time for Christmas. The rug is the same - absolutely spotless. The two guys who came were professional and friendly and I have no doubt I’ll be using them again in the future. Brilliant service all round.

Nick did a brilliant job on all of my floors. I have a mastiff and he even managed to get all of the oil out of the carpet where my boy lies at the bottom of the stairs. My tile floor looked brand new and the light grew grout was back again. Booking him every 12 weeks ! Thank you for providing a service that finally does what it says on the tin!

Superb cleanliness. Very professional and accommodating. They helped us with end of tenancy cleaning of our 2 bed flat in Manchester and they left it sparkling clean. One of our friends, who was helping us co-ordinate, said 'it looks like nobody has ever used this bathroom.'

Really easy to book with Kevin and then Jaime came and did a fantastic job. As I wasn’t in the country, I was sent pictures and the house looked spotless. Had my sofas done. Quick, friendly and professional. Sheets were put down to protect the floor. Reasonably priced. I didn’t think my sofas were that bad. 6 years old, regularly hoovered and always have clean blankets rotated but the colour of the water at the end said differently. They look as good as new and smell amazing.

10/01/2025 Matt did a Great Job on my Aunties House yesterday cleaning all her carpets & 3 piece suite. The suite looked brand new when he finished & smelt really fresh. Booked him to do my carpets has done another great job, would Highley recommend him very reasonable too. Have already passed his number on to a friend tonight.

We have used Janine and her team this year to cover our in house cleaner being off due to an operation. The work is exceptional. We are audited each year by our head office for the conditional of our facilities and scored 100% after the girls carried out a full deep clean of the premises in August. I am so impressed with these guys. I had paths around my property that needed cleaning, a garden room, composite cladding in a corner of my garden, as well as a second property with algae and dirt all around the render. Just had Stan & his team do an after building work/deep clean of carpets at my parents house and it's an outstanding job. They were polite, very thorough and Stan obviously takes great pride in his work... the 40 yr old carpet looks like new! The bathroom is gleaming and mattresses are spotless. I'm just so impressed and highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a great service clean at a fair price by nice people. They deserve 10 stars!

So quick and perfectly cleaned!! I had just moved in to a new place and the oven and carpet in my bedroom were a bit of a nightmare - I knew I needed to have them properly deepcleaned and started searching for the right place. From the pics I saw MHCS looked like the perfect place, and now I get to share my own!!! The oven looks brand new and my carpet looks and smells so clean! It used to have this browning on the edges and a big black spot which are now all gone. Couldn't be happier, they're now my 100% go-tos for this! So friendly and ready in undrr an hour - plus gave me advice on how to keep them safe and clean. Couldn't be happier!

We just had a one off deep clean done from Diamond Home Support. Made initial contact via email and they were really helpful. Michael I think he was called. Then he arranged for Adam to come out and meet us and have a quick walk through of the house. Both these gents were highly professional and explained things to me well. They very quickly arranged for our deep clean and I was grateful because with the number of households they work for I was hoping we wouldn’t have a long wait. And we didn’t. Our cleaner was called Mark and he worked incredibly hard. He instantly made us feel comfortable with him and we were really pleased. I don’t want someone to clean for me and it feel like I could do it myself. I want someone who makes me walk in and think wow they’ve been amazing. Mark definitely delivered on this. So much so that we’ve asked for a regular fortnightly clean from him. As a full time working mum the house had got on top of me so much and it was making me feel less than happy at home. Mark instantly lifted that mood. My husband is notoriously difficult to impress and he hasn’t shut up about how great the house looks. We would definitely recommend

We first approached Diamond Home Support Rochdale approx. 4 years ago. It was to help my elderly parents out that live in Rochdale with a regular weekly cleaning service. Within a week they appointed my parents with one of their cleaners. Julie came for a couple of hours every Thursday. As well as cleaning, Julie used to change their bedding every other visit and also used to help my mum with the laundry. Unfortunately after just over a year Julie has to stop working due to health reasons. Diamond Home Support replaced Julie with a lovely lady called Sarah. Sarah has been looking after my parents cleaning needs for the last 3 years. She is just as good as Julie was and my parents are more than happy with the service she provides. She is always punctual and is trusted with the keysafe code for the times my parents aren’t at home if they have a hospital appointment etc.
