We just had a one off deep clean done from Diamond Home Support. Made initial contact via email and they were really helpful. Michael I think he was called. Then he arranged for Adam to come out and meet us and have a quick walk through of the house. Both these gents were highly professional and explained things to me well. They very quickly arranged for our deep clean and I was grateful because with the number of households they work for I was hoping we wouldn’t have a long wait. And we didn’t. Our cleaner was called Mark and he worked incredibly hard. He instantly made us feel comfortable with him and we were really pleased. I don’t want someone to clean for me and it feel like I could do it myself. I want someone who makes me walk in and think wow they’ve been amazing. Mark definitely delivered on this. So much so that we’ve asked for a regular fortnightly clean from him. As a full time working mum the house had got on top of me so much and it was making me feel less than happy at home. Mark instantly lifted that mood. My husband is notoriously difficult to impress and he hasn’t shut up about how great the house looks. We would definitely recommend

We first approached Diamond Home Support Rochdale approx. 4 years ago. It was to help my elderly parents out that live in Rochdale with a regular weekly cleaning service. Within a week they appointed my parents with one of their cleaners. Julie came for a couple of hours every Thursday. As well as cleaning, Julie used to change their bedding every other visit and also used to help my mum with the laundry. Unfortunately after just over a year Julie has to stop working due to health reasons. Diamond Home Support replaced Julie with a lovely lady called Sarah. Sarah has been looking after my parents cleaning needs for the last 3 years. She is just as good as Julie was and my parents are more than happy with the service she provides. She is always punctual and is trusted with the keysafe code for the times my parents aren’t at home if they have a hospital appointment etc.

Really simple booking process and very happy with the service... Super friendly cleaner, great communication, and thorough cleaning. Plus, the willingness to nip by and see the house, prior to cleaning (something other firms haven't done before), meant that we could talk in person & show Mark, the cleaner we were assigned, specifically what we wanted. Would happily use again.

Five stars for our deep clean by Paris, which was fantastic. Was so lovely and relaxing to come home after a long day to a spotless house. Paris was very thoughtful and even found time to clean the outside of our windows. I've dropped the review to 4 stars because there was a mix-up on the first day we booked our clean and the cleaner (not Paris) didn't turn up. I know there was a communication problem because Kevin was on holiday, and he quickly arranged for Paris to come a day later. Overall, very happy with our clean.

Superb cleanliness. Very professional and accommodating. They helped us with end of tenancy cleaning of our 2 bed flat in Manchester and they left it sparkling clean. One of our friends, who was helping us co-ordinate, said 'it looks like nobody has ever used this bathroom.'

Lee and Greg are awesome! Not only did they clean my roof and back garden to a very high standard, but they also went the extra mile to help me sort out a drain issue that they identified. If it wasn’t for them, I would not have realised how poor and problematic the job one of my past contractors had done to my back garden. Lee and Greg followed up my case by coming out to mine even on a Saturday! They tried rectifying the problem for me with a temporary fix and recommended another tradesperson they know to help me seek a permanent solution. This was all outside the scope of their quote to me – I feel like I owe them big time. I feel extremely fortunate to have found and used them. They are nothing like conventional trades people – They make sure they know their customers’ names. They keep their customers well informed all the way. They won’t recommend work that does not need doing. They tidy up after themselves and never nick anything, such as tools and dust pans, from their customers. They are ultra polite, helpful and hard working. Not sure if I will ever find other trades people as good as them – what a gem! They are now my ‘top of the list’ go-to people to help look after my home. Thank you so much for not just treating me as your customer, but also treating me like a friend!

I was very pleased with the work the team carried out on cleaning my roof. They were very punctual, efficient, friendly and polite. They cleaned up the patio and drive of all the moss from the roof. I would highly recommend them.

I had paths around my property that needed cleaning, a garden room, composite cladding in a corner of my garden, as well as a second property with algae and dirt all around the render. So quick and perfectly cleaned!! I had just moved in to a new place and the oven and carpet in my bedroom were a bit of a nightmare - I knew I needed to have them properly deepcleaned and started searching for the right place. From the pics I saw MHCS looked like the perfect place, and now I get to share my own!!! The oven looks brand new and my carpet looks and smells so clean! It used to have this browning on the edges and a big black spot which are now all gone. Couldn't be happier, they're now my 100% go-tos for this! Sent me a before & after pics & videos of the job. Its very hard to come by an honest tradesman now days that offer an excellent service at a great price. Been messed around by a local window cleaner to do the same job but didnt seem interested. There is no need to shop around they get the job done. I needed a mastic sealant service and Karl came highly recommended by others. Having seen the amazing work he has done in the past I knew he was the perfect person for the job. He turned up on time, gave me a fair quote and then turned up on time and carried out the work in good time and didn't leave a mess. Nick did a brilliant job on all of my floors. I have a mastiff and he even managed to get all of the oil out of the carpet where my boy lies at the bottom of the stairs. My tile floor looked brand new and the light grew grout was back again. Booking him every 12 weeks ! Thank you for providing a service that finally does what it says on the tin!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Their prices are incredibly reasonable considering what a thorough and good job they do. My sofas were a mess thanks to my kids and the cat, but now they look brand new and smell amazing just in time for Christmas. The rug is the same - absolutely spotless. The two guys who came were professional and friendly and I have no doubt I’ll be using them again in the future. Brilliant service all round.

The team we’re extremely polite, friendly and professional. We had all the carpets cleaned throughout the house and also the conservatory chairs. The lounge has come up amazing, but best of all is the stairs and bedroom carpets have come up like new. Bee clean have come out and sorted several leaks for us. Using their own higher equipment, they have accessed difficult to reach locations with ease and little if any disturbance to the surrounding arears. Couldn't be more happy with the company as a whole Great team of lads. Would highly recommend 👌

Henry and team did several things for me: -cleared all gutters/ downpipes. -replaced cracked downpipe and end cap. -soft washed window cills and sprayed moss killer on exterior walls. -cleaned upvs, fasci, soffit, cladding and windows. Extremely professional, polite, hardworking and very good at what they do - proper down to earth lads. If you need exterior cleaning services I'd highly recommend these chaps.
